Arpita Daityari Deb: COE Science, Middle & Senior School
I have completed my Masters in Botany and Bachelor of Education from the University of
Lucknow. I have been teaching Biology and Sciences for more than
18 years in India and overseas, including at The International School,
Bangalore and Inventure Academy, Bangalore.
I love reading and gardening.
At Inventure, every child is special and every child’s opinion
matters. The school provides a variety of opportunities so that each
child can achieve their potential and also choose the pathway to
achieving it. Inventure understands that children have different
approaches to learning and allows students to become independent,
and therefore, life-long learners. I believe in Inventure’s unique
child-centric philosophy and I am very happy to be back.
Renuka Makarand Bhat: Subject Lead: Foreign Languages, Whole
School
I have completed my Bachelor of Arts in French Literature, Masters in French Translation &
Interpretation and DEA (Diplôme D'étude Avancé from Université Lumière Lyon 2, France)
in Teaching of French as a foreign Language. I have 13 years of
teaching experience in schools, including Assistant d’Anglais College
de Vaise , Lyon, France and Greenwood High International School.
I am passionate about my work and like to innovate my
methodologies constantly. I also like reading, writing and spending
time with friends and family.
I am happy to (re)join Inventure as I have been a part of Team
Inventure before and know for a fact that this is a place for
innovation, professional and personal progress. I am very happy to
be back and be a part of Inventure’s overall growth and development.

I started my career in media and television, and then transitioned
into the field of education. My association with Inventure Academy
goes back to 2015. After teaching English in Middle School for two
years, I took a sabbatical to complete my Masters in Design in
Education from Srishti Institute of Arts Design and Technology.
Much of my research in the last two years involved studying
pedagogy and literacy with a special interest in one’s resistance to
learning and its role in the learning process.
I am very excited to be back at Inventure as I regard it as a second
home, and a place with a great working culture and immense
opportunities for teacher-researchers like myself. I am looking
forward to strengthening this relationship further in the years to come.
Lakshmi G: Educator, Preschool - Whitefield
I have completed my Masters in Human Resource Management from Rajagiri School of
Management, Kerala, in 2009. I have worked in different capacities as an HR executive in
corporates like NIFE, Kochi, Future Groups, Kerala and with
NIIT, Bangalore. For the last seven years, I worked with Neev,
Bangalore as a Kindergarten teacher.
I have always been passionate about teaching and being with
children and hence, chose to be a preschool teacher. I love
being with children as every moment is a new learning
experience with them.
I love dancing and drawing during my free time.
I am excited to work at Inventure because the school focuses on creating a confident
generation that is socially responsible.

Sana Aejaz: Educator, Kindergarten
I am in the process of completing my Masters in Education with a specialisation in Early
Childhood Education from Azim Premji University. I have worked
as an educator with Repton Bangalore Child Care Centre, Indus
International School and Vivero International Pre-school,
Bangalore.
I am a trained yoga instructor and a regular practitioner. I love
reading books. This includes children’s books and I am presently
furthering this interest by developing a children's book review blog
(still work in progress). I also enjoy watching movies.
I am excited to be a part of Inventure because it provides ample
opportunities for learning and growth with its commitment
towards excellence in education.
Aparna Ganesh: Educator, Primary School
I have an MA in International Development from the American
University, Washington DC with a specialization in Children and
Youth. As an expat spouse over the past ten years, my work has
thus far been in voluntary capacities. I have had the privilege of
volunteering across Asia, Africa and Europe before moving back
to India in 2018. I have been a part of the Learning to Fly
program at Inventure as a trainee teacher.
I love to travel, cook, spend time with my family and am
passionate about working out - being fit and healthy.
I have had an amazing journey thus far with Inventure. I hope to
apply my learning successfully this year. The people around me in my department and across
school make Inventure what it is - a school with its heart in the right place.

Archana Haridas: Educator, Primary School
I have completed my Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education
from Delhi University and my MA in Education from Azim Premji
University. I joined Inventure last year as a trainee teacher in the
Learning to Fly program.
I am interested in reading and cooking.
Inventure believes in being collaborative and works as a cohesive
team. I got to learn a lot from my colleagues and co teachers. The
best part of Inventure is that it is open to new ideas and does their
best for the development of students and teachers. By being a part
of Inventure, I have grown to be a reflective person. I have learned
to plan what I am going to do and later reflect on how my planning
was, what went well and what I can improve.
Dhannya Sadanandan: Educator, Primary School
I have completed my Post Graduate Diploma in International
Education from the University of Keele, London (Indus Training
and Research Institute, Bangalore campus). I have been associated
with Indus Early Learning Centre, Bangalore as a Homeroom
Educator (2017-20) and Indus International School, Pune
(2014-17).
I believe in providing holistic education to the younger generation
by promoting their thinking and problem solving skills and
equipping them for the challenges of the future.
I look forward to joining Inventure Academy since the philosophy
of the school aligns with my belief in providing holistic education, and focusing not just on
academics, but on the overall development of the child. I am looking forward to exploring
the Primary Curriculum which will be a new learning for me.

Padmaja Govindan: Educator, Primary School
I hold a Bachelor of Engineering degree in computer science and
have more than fifteen years of teaching experience. Teaching is
my passion and I find happiness in the true 'connect' with
students.
I love to travel and explore new places.
I joined Inventure because I believe in the core values and vision
of Inventure Academy and I am happy to be part of such a
wonderful and prestigious institution.
Poonam Rungta: Educator, Primary School
I have a Masters in Commerce from MS University, Vadodara, and LLB from Karnataka
University. I also have a Diploma in Special Learning Disability Education.
Learning and Education have always been my passion. From
teaching students to running my own startup around workshop
based storytelling, I have always found great joy in teaching kids.
I have been a part of Inventure’s trainee teacher program,
Learning to Fly.
I love reading fiction as it helps me unwind and also explore
worlds of different characters. I enjoy exploring new cultures
and cuisines whenever we travel to a new city. I have a deep
passion for art and try to paint every once in a while.
Inventure has a unique 'student-first' approach with a focus on
building and nurturing capabilities of each student that will help them become successful in
life.

Rishika Kapoor: Educator, Primary School
I completed my Bachelor of Arts (Economics Honours) from Saint Bede's College, Shimla in
2009 and Bachelor of Education from Shimla College of
Education in 2010. I have worked with Freedom International
School, Bangalore for two years, where I taught English and
Environmental Studies to students of Grade 2 . My other teaching
experiences have been with Brookfield High School, Bangalore
and Cambridge Foundation School, Bangalore.
During my free time, I enjoy dancing.
I am excited to join Inventure as it focuses on the overall
development of students and its staff. I am keenly looking
forward to adopting the Inventure Way of Teaching and Learning.
I feel fortunate to be a part of this esteemed institution.
Sareena Selvam: Educator, Primary School
I have completed my Bachelors in Education from Bundelkhand
University and CELTA from British Council, Chennai. I have worked
as an educator with Saint Mary’s School, Chakradharpur.
I have an open mind to 'learn, unlearn and relearn', to the best of my
capabilities. I love to travel and experiment with new cuisines. I also
love to dance as it is the best way to relieve stress.
Inventure has a completely different approach on delivering
education through experiential learning. During my interactions with
the team members, I have observed they are always willing and eager
to learn. I am honoured to be a part of such an amazingly organized institution.

Meetu Srivastava: Educator Hindi, Primary & Middle School
I have completed my Bachelor of Arts in English and Psychology
from Gorakhpur University in 1996. I have over ten years of
experience as an educator in Hindi in schools like Prakriya- The
Green Wisdom School, Busybee and Shemrock all based out of
Bangalore. I have also worked in the capacity of a coordinator.
My interest lies in working with children who have learning
difficulties. I also love reading books, gardening, cooking and
travelling.
I have experienced Inventure’s Core Values being practiced by
each and every member of the school and this is what motivates
me to be a part of Inventure.
Anusha Mani: Educator English & Geography, Middle School
I started my career in academia after I received the European Commission Fellowship post
my graduation from Delhi University. I went on to pursue my Masters and Advanced
Masters in Applied Ethics, followed by a Doctoral Program in Ethics in Science and
Technology in Belgium. I worked as a researcher with the European Commission, and taught
undergraduate courses on a wide variety of topics in Philosophy,
Science, and Ethics in Europe. I have also worked in an IT
Consulting firm as an HR Business Partner. I have been a part of
the Learning to Fly program at Inventure as a trainee teacher.
On a typical day (when I am not teaching) you will see me with a
book in hand, with my headphones on (Carnatic, Hindustani and
Jazz are all time favourites) and sipping my green tea. I love to
travel.
I find my joy in teaching and connecting with young, inquisitive
minds. Being an Inventure parent, I have been very impressed
with the pedagogy and values that Inventure stands for and I have personally witnessed how
this has positively impacted my own children. So it was an absolute no brainer to join
Inventure Academy!

Benita Maria Albert: Educator Mathematics, Middle School
I completed my Bachelor in Education from Christ University
(Bangalore) and began my career at Inventure in June 2019, as a
trainee teacher in the Leaning to Fly Program.
With the coronavirus pandemic scenario, I gained a new found
love for baking and I also sing as a hobby.
My experience at Inventure has been a good one so far, as it has
made me learn new things , especially in terms of technology. I
also appreciate the regular feedback that is given, which helps
me grow constantly.
Chhavi Jain: Educator Chemistry, Middle School
I have completed my Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Electronics and Communication from
Birla Institute of Technology, Mesra, Ranchi. I have worked as an
educator with well known institutes, including Bansal Classes and
Allen Career Institute, where I taught Chemistry to the students
preparing for IIT JEE Advanced and Mains (Grade 11 & 12) for 4
years. I have been a part of the Learning to Fly program at
Inventure as a trainee teacher.
I love gardening as well as cycling and dancing as I gather positive
energy while being engaged in these activities.
It has been an amazing experience working with Inventure. I find a
lot of opportunities here where I can learn new things. It has also
given me a new platform where I can use different methodologies to teach my students
different skills.

Mohammed Ruman: Educator Physics, Middle School
I developed my passion towards Physics post high school and I earned my Bachelors and
Masters degree in Physics from Bangalore University. In 2015, I
joined Thinklabs, an organization at IIT Bombay and worked as a
content creator and a facilitator in training school teachers with
hands-on science activities. I believe a part of me has always
known that I was going to be a teacher, so I joined Christ
University to pursue a B.Ed qualification.
I love to travel and listen to music whenever I can, in addition to
spending my time online learning new skills.
There has been an immense growth in my knowledge and skills
through the one year Learning to Fly Program at Inventure.
Inventure has its unique style of Teaching and Learning
(hands-on) and I enjoy it to the core.
As Albert Einstein aptly said - I never teach my pupils. I only attempt to provide the
conditions in which they can learn. With this mantra, I am excited to work with students, so
I can inspire them with all that I have learnt throughout my own life.
Pooja Borkar Gulati: Educator Mathematics, Middle School
I have completed PGDM (Finance) from T.A. Pai Management Institute and have over ten
years of experience in the banking sector. In 2015, I changed my
career path and moved into education. I completed my Bachelors in
Education in 2017, post which I have worked with The Aurinko
Academy as a classroom facilitator and have interned with The Shri
Ram School, Gurgaon. I have been associated with Inventure for a
year now as a trainee teacher in the Learning to Fly Program.
My hobbies include swimming and travelling. I have represented
Karnataka at the State level. A bit of baking and adventure sports
keeps me in high spirits.
It has been a great learning experience so far at Inventure and I look forward to another
year of unlearning and relearning.

Srijita Sanyal: Educator English & Geography, Middle School
Post my MBA degree from Baruch College, New York, I have worked for several years in
the financial industry - Citibank, New York and HDFC Bank,
India. I have worked in areas of 'Finance' and 'Product
Management'. I have completed my training as a teacher with
Inventure last year as a part of the Learning to Fly Program.
In addition to my passion for teaching children, I am a performing
artist of Indian classical dance form- Odissi. I love reading and
travelling, besides being a self-proclaimed food connoisseur.
I find it very inspiring that all teachers at Inventure are truly
committed to letting students explore, experiment, find their
talents, ideas and dreams, both academically and in beyond academics spheres. The values of
teamwork, empathy and hardwork are delivered not only to children but practised amongst
the faculty.
Sukanya Ramaswamy: Educator Mathematics, Middle School
I completed my Bachelor of Engineering from MVIT Engineering
College, Bangalore in 1997 and Bachelor of Education from Indira
Gandhi National University, Delhi in 2012. I have over fourteen
years of teaching experience in Greenwood High International
School, Bangalore; NSW, Australia; Bala Vidya Mandir, Chennai and
Chettinad Vidyashram, Chennai handling middle and senior school
Mathematics.
Facilitating academic excellence in children is my main priority.
Being an energetic and enthusiastic individual, I have always worked
with passion and commitment. I have focused on my work and
always had a propensity to learn continuously.
I am excited to be a part of Inventure because it focuses on bringing out each child's unique
potential to make them independent thinkers.

Hamid Hussain Kalathingal Thodi: Educator Spanish, Middle &
Senior School
I completed my MPhil and Master of Arts in Modern Language and
Literature from English FLU, Hyderabad. I hold the Global SIELE C1
level certification in Spanish. I have been associated with
Trivandrum International School, Greenwood High International
School, Bangalore and IBM.
Besides having great interest in foreign languages and literature, I am
keen on doing research in the field of Hispanic culture, Interfaith
interactions and Spanish-Arabic connections. I love traveling and
have been to 11 countries so far and would like to continue
exploring new places and build connections with people of various
cultures. I am fluent in Arabic, Spanish, Catalan, German, Hindi and
Urdu with a working knowledge of Portuguese and Italian.
I am thrilled to be a part of Inventure Academy, which is one of the most innovative
international schools in India, with an enviable track record of success both in academics and
co-curricular activities.
Harshita Varshney: Educator Chemistry, Middle & Senior School
After completing my PhD in Biochemistry (specialisation in Immunology) from JN Medical
College, I spent a lot of my time teaching various science related
subjects to undergraduate and postgraduate students in a couple
of institutes. Last year, I decided to restart my professional life
and being a happy Inventure parent, I joined Inventure Academy
as a trainee teacher in the Learning to Fly program.
In my free time, I love to try out various activities with my sons.
These range from dancing to doing interesting science
experiments at home. I also like to play Chess and Cards with
my children. I also paint once in a while (my favourites are
abstract and mandala art).
In my Inventure stint so far, I have had quite a wide variety of experiences across Primary,
Middle and Senior School. I love my Inventure students and their passion for learning, as
well as their independence, curiosity, courage and confidence. I am really looking forward to
the upcoming Academic Year.

Saurabh Tiwari: Educator History & Global Perspectives, Middle &
Senior School
I completed my Masters in Marketing Management from Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of
Management Studies, Mumbai and Post Graduate Diploma in International Education from
Keele University, UK in 2012. I was an educator with Indus
International School, Bangalore & Pune for 8 years as an English &
History teacher for middle & senior school. I have also worked with
The Oberoi International School, Mumbai for two years as an IB
English teacher. Much of my prior experience with corporates was
with insurance companies, in India and overseas.
I took a sabbatical from July 2018 to April 2020 to explore yoga and
spiritualism for personal growth. During this period I completed my
certification as a Yoga teacher. I have learnt a lot from my students,
especially in keeping abreast of the latest technology. Today I am a
passionate Instagrammer documenting my travels in posts and
stories, I also blog, though less frequently.
I have often thought of working at Inventure and I'm thrilled to now be a part of this school
and even more thrilled that I have been given this opportunity to take on a new challenge.
Jean Elizabeth Thomas: Educator Physics, Middle & Senior School
I have done my BTech (EC) from the College of Engineering Trivandrum (CET). I was part
of the Analytics & Information Management team at Wipro Technologies (India & US),
where I worked as a Technical Lead.
My interest in Education led me to complete my Post Graduate
Diploma in International Education from ITARI, Bangalore (in
collaboration with Birmingham City University, UK) and pursue
the Cambridge International Diploma in Teaching and Learning.
I am passionate about making Science come alive for children
and help develop inquiring minds that learn from their journey
of exploration and adventure! I enjoy art, craft, books and all
things connected with 'nature'. In my leisure time, I am either
playing with my two boys, baking or working on some DIY
project!
I am impressed by the focus that Inventure has on developing the whole child. It is
wonderful to see the opportunities the school provides to students and the role that
teachers play in facilitating student exposure and learning. I am also touched by the genuine
concern and friendly, open culture that promotes growth. I am excited to be a part of this
journey!

Aprajita Verma : Educator Business Studies, Senior School
I did my Post Graduate diploma in Business Management in 2011 and completed my Post
Graduate diploma in International Education in 2012. I have worked with Indus
International School, Bangalore for three years as an International
Baccalaureate Diploma Program Teacher for Business Studies,
Enterprise & Accounting; Indus International School, Hyderabad for
two years as an Extended Essay Coordinator and with Pamoja
Education as a Business Management Facilitator for the last three
years.
The reason I joined the teaching fraternity was my passion and
natural inclination towards the profession. I have also found a new
interest in healthy cooking, mainly baking, and love to try out new
recipes every now and then.
I am looking forward to working with Inventure because the school has a very positive vibe
where new thoughts are warmly welcomed. The students and teachers are really happy in
the learning environment, which is very important for creating a progressive environment
for learning.
Soumithra Ramdas Nagendran: College & Career Counsellor
I completed my studies in Engineering (Electronics and Communication) from Anna
University, Trichy. I started my career as Guidance Counselor with
Chopras, an overseas Education Consultancy firm. where I was
part of their premium counselling team. I decided to move to a
school to create real impact in the student's journey of career
choice and joined Greenwood High school.
I believe it's very important for a person to understand what he or
she wants to achieve in their life and that journey begins here in
school. I also believe Education is an extremely strong tool to
shape society. I am keen to help students begin their journey of
exploration and growth.
Inventure appeals to me as an environment which is highly
student-centered and sensitive to the needs of its community and beyond..

Tahera Banu: Educator Mathematics, Senior School
I have completed my Masters of Science with specialisation in
Mathematics from Central College, Bangalore. I have worked as an
educator in Mathematics and have been a Coordinator with The
International School, Bangalore since 2017. I have been associated
with some of the top coaching institutions in Bangalore like TIME
(Triumphant Institute of Management Education), ACE (Academic
Centre for Excellence) and BASE (Be Ahead of Sustained Education).
I am very passionate about teaching Mathematics and strive to do so
in ways which makes the subject not only interesting but also drives
students to discover new things.
I am excited to be a part of Inventure because it not only teaches the students various skills,
but also helps them broaden and improve their existing competencies. I feel delighted to be
a part of the Inventure family!
Pallavi Jain: Yoga, Whole School
I have completed my Bachelor's in Psychology and Sociology from Vaze College, Mumbai in
2009 and have also done my Diploma in Movement Arts from Attakkalari Center,
Bangalore.
I have twelve years of experience in teaching dance in some of the
best institutes in India - The Danceworx Mumbai/ New Delhi , The
World Dance School, Mumbai, Attakkalari, Bangalore and Edu Art
Society, Bangalore, to name a few.
I am driven by helping healthy and innovative young minds to
express themselves freely and discover their own potential through
the fusion of physical and other elements of creative movement, like
yoga.
I am excited to be a part of Inventure, especially for its creativity, freedom and a deep and
equal involvement of faculty and parents in building a brilliant and sustainable future for
each child.

Priyanka Agarwal: Beyond Academics, Whole School
I have completed my Bachelor of Commerce from Calcutta
University. I have been an educator for four years at Chrysalis High
and Deens Academy. I was also associated with an event
management company (Orange Events & Entertainment), where I
organized various events. That experience gave me amazing
exposure to how different events are organized.
Socialising, discussing new ideas and exploring them are definitely
things that interest me.
I am excited to be a part of Inventure because it truly believes in its
Vision of each student exceling both academically and in one-
chosen co- curricular activity. After being a part of Inventure for just a month and a half, I
feel proud to be associated with an institution like this. I am sure I will be able to give my
best and hope to have a successful partnership ahead.
Indu R: Assistant Librarian

University, and have been associated with institutions like Oakridge
International School, ASK School and DTDC.

Naveena K: Assistant Makerspace
I have completed my training from Industrial Training Institute,
Hosadurga. I have a total of 4 years of experience in ITI Limited
Bangalore as a Machine Operator.
I am happy to be a part of Inventure because it does not just focus
on building the skills of individual students, but also provides various
opportunities to bring their skills into practice and make a change
to society.
