1. How can knowing the five global trends help you as a Grade 12 student?
Answer: We can grow rapidly and thank to the digital transformation. The rise of the digital platform firm
means that technological effects reach more people faster than ever before. Global trenda can help us
to have an opportunity to grab in the future.
2. How will lifelong learning help you succeed in life and career?
Answer: Lifelong learning can enhance our understanding of the world around us and bring us
better opportunities while enabling us to outsource least favorite jobs. Rapidly changing market
conditions require the ability to adapt new environment faster -before your job is overshadowed
by automation and robotics
3. Do you agree with Heraclitus when he said, “the only thing that is constant is change”?
Explain.
Answer: I believed the only thing that is constant is change because we've all made changes in our
lives, maybe it is good or bad, expected and unexpected, even our feelings can change, in our mind
and in our heart, weather can change also maybe it is rainy or sunny. Relationships and circumstances
can change also. Change affects us all and we each deal with change differently
4. How will you implement the seven C’s of lifelong skills in your life and career?
Answer: It can help me in how will I think and to solve a problem every time I encounter it. It can
help me to build more confidence and recognize the impact of my actions and to teach my self to
take any responsibility rather than to blame others

This Hierarchy of 7 C's represents my lifelong skills that I possessed and need to improve. This hierarchy
will guide me on how to achieved my goal someday and how to be successful with dedication, motivation
and strength.

This module help me on how to be successful in easy and right way and it informs me to decide on
what career or vocation that I will take in the near future . This also help me realized what skills that I need
to improved to have a better work someday so that I can face any challenges that I can encounter
someday. It helps me wonder on where to start and always grab the opportunity that will be given in our
community. This module assist me on how I will plan and set goals based on the wide range of profession
and vocation available in my community.

Ask the learners to bring their Mini Me, Career Information Worksheet, LMI List of
KEGs (from Module 2 Grade 11 CGP), and list of Hard and Soft Skills (from Module 5 Grade 11
CGP). If the learner does not have the materials, a session on Grade 11 Career Guidance
Program: Module 3 may be conducted. Finally, instruct the learners to prepare their Grade
11 general weighted average (GWA) to be used for the next module.
