5 Routines or Reactions I Did at Home
1. I started an online business
2. I am browsing my social media accounts
3. I am playing mobile legends at night
4. I help in the household chores
5. I eat my meal and take a bath everyday

Letter:
My Dear Friend,
When the pandemic started, I have decided to be an online seller because there is nothing to
do at home and it is forbidden to go outside because of the pandemic. I am reselling
cellphones,Ipads,tablets and some of our personal needs. Everyday I am browsing always on my
social media accounts specially in facebook because of my online selling business. After browsing
on my social media accounts, I,on the other hand, make tiktok videos. I am dancing the whole
time. Sometimes I am watching also some korean dramas. I watched 4-5 episodes a day.
Quarantine is not boring. You can do something meaningful like paintings,bonding with your family
and dancing every morning. I also eat my meal as always but sometimes I forgot to eat because of
my online selling.

a. Today you learned that our reactions to the stressful events of Pandemic or any other form
of disaster were normal and valid. How does this new learning that my reactions and
feelings toward Covid-19/disaster were normal after all help me?
Answer: I have realized that no matter what our situation is, don't hesitate with your feelings
because. It is valid what ever it is and you don't need to stressed yourself just for that.

b. How can you apply this learning to your life especially after experiencing such a pandemic?
Answer: With the help of this learning, I will be able to help my family, classmates and friends with
regards to their feelings. I well used my voice to inspire many people
