Requirement
Motorcycle with no weight applied, supported on its centre stand or auxiliary stand.
ATTENTION
Incorrect setting of chain tension.
Overstretching of the chain.
Adjust the chain at the point of least chain deflection.
Push drive chain (1) up as far as it will go and measure chain deflection (A)

Nut on quick-release axle (rear wheel)
M16 x 1.5 100 Nm
Tightening torques
Tensioning screws (drive chain) in swinging arm
M8 x 70 10 Nm
Recheck chain tension and rear wheel alignment again to make sure the settings
are correct.
