METHOD STATEMENT FOR CRACK REPARING

1. Cut a “V” shape groove to expose the crack

2. Thoroughly clean the groove, it has to be free from dust or any laitance.
3. Dampen the groove and apply bonding slurry “SpECbuild BA10” by using a
brush. (Purpose of applying this bonding slurry is to make sure proper
adhesion between successive layers)
4. **Fill the whole groove with High Strength, Non-Shrink Repair Mortar “
Master Imako Grout 5400”. This paste can be applied with a putty knife
and finally surface has to be smoothened.
5. Cure the rectified area for 02 days ( Spray water)
6. All the Slurries/Mortars must be handled with due care, read the
instructions written on the package before use.
**Master Imako Grout 5400 should be applied right after applying SpEcbuild
BA10 wet on wet.
