TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. I understand that CLEAN X will provide the most professional cleaning service using premium materials and equipment.
2. CLEAN X staff have been trained how to handle common materials used on items for cleaning. In situations where our staff
are unsure, we have the right to refuse cleaning requests for such items to avoid damage on your property.
3. CLEAN X staff have been trained to conduct themselves as professionals especially when servicing in your home or office.
Kindly report any inappropriate behavior to our office immediately.
4. CLEAN X staff have been trained to be prudent and respectful towards our clients' property. Kindly ensure that our staff
are accompanied by any of your household representative at all times.
5. The client's service request is listed above, together with the prescribed rates. Payments are to be made in full after the
service is completed.
6. Fund transfers and check payments are encouraged.

For check payments, kindly issue checks to: CLNX
