FREELANCE CLEANER CONTRACT

This contract is entered by and between:

CLNX CLEANING SUPPLIES, EQUIPMENT AND SERVICES, a corporation duly organized and existing
under and by virtue of the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, with business office at Block 24, Lot 7,
Eroreco Village, Victoria Mandalagan, Bacolod City, Negros Occidental, Region IV, Philippines ,
duly represented herein by JEANNE GRETCHEN MARIE J. VARELA,

a cleaning company with official address at Block 24 Lot 7, Victoria St., Eroreco Village, Bacolod City, hereinafter
referred to as the "COMPANY",

aAnd-

JOHN PAUL ALLEGRE, of legal age, Filipino and with residential ce address at Bacolod City, hereinafter referred to
as "FREELANCE CLEANER";

WITNESSETH:

1. That the Company has offered a per project-basis cleaning job to the Freelance Cleaner effective
February 1, 2018, only when there are cleaning projects available;
2. That the Freelance Cleaner has signified his/her intention, to which the Company has accepted, to provide
the service needed by the latter;
3. That the Freelance Cleaner hereby possesses the education, experience and skills required to perform the
job as described herein;
4. That the Freelance Cleaner clearly understands and agrees to comply with the general requirements of an
cleaner;
5. That the Freelance Cleaner shall perform work eight (8) hours a day on days when he/she is offered a
cleaning job;
6. That the Freelance Cleaner is hereby contracted with the following daily compensation effective February
1, 2018, to wit:

Basic Pay Two Hundred Seventy-One Pesos and Fifty Centavos (P 271.50)
Meal Allowance Fifty Pesos (P 50.00)

7. That upon the good will of the company, the Freelance Cleaner will be compensated with 13th month pay,
based on the Basic Pay;
8. That the Freelance Cleaner is expected to perform all functions expected of him/her including all kinds of
cleaning functions, machine maintenance, customer service, and all other related tasks;
9. That the Freelance Cleaner is expected to maintain the following core values while employed with the
company: dependability, trustworthiness, efficiency, initiative, attitude towards work, its officers and co-
employees, cooperation, client response, judgement, punctuality, quantity of work, educability,
articulateness and professionalism;
10. That the Freelance Cleaner agrees that all Company documents, records, systems, strategies, ideas,
concepts, materials, and the like, remain the intellectual property of the Company and therefore agrees to
hold such information confidential.
11. That the Freelance Cleaner agrees that he/she may apply for employment or engage in any activity
outside of the Company, except for cleaning, or services similar to the nature of the Company's business
affairs while he/she is rendering service to the Company and at least within one (1) year after rendering
service to the Company.
12. That future changes and additions in these policies shall be contained in a memorandum issued by the
Company to be conformed to by the Freelance Cleaner.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, both parties have hereunto set their hands this 1st day of February 2018 at
Bacolod City.
