MR Generate
Move Cursor from Main menu to Material Request and Click „Generate‟ Task.
Application User Interface appears with Current date (MR
Date) populated and the Combo Boxes/Remarks/Grid remains blank.
While loading the Generate page, „New‟ Button is already activated and remains at dim
status, turning „Save‟ and „Cancel‟ Buttons lit up, waiting for entries. Application generates the

Click guides the End users to Line Item Search, which filters a specific Item selected in
the Grid into Category/SubCategory. When the Request box is „ticked‟ the selected item will
be moved and inserted to the grid.
Click „Save‟ Button, for finalizing the MR entry or „Cancel‟ Button to withdraw the session.
Click „OK‟ at the message box, and the application generates a MR ( Refer the MR No. in the
example given 00061-2020-MR-6) with a message “The MR-CostCenter-Year-MR-NNNN is

Click „Cancel‟ at the message box, in the case the user decides to withdraw the document.
Depending on the varying user requirements, there can be an instaces where the
Administration Clerk be requested by the Colleagues/Immediate Superiors, to amend the
Material Request. Subsequently, the revised MR will be „Saved‟ again while showing a
message „The MR-00061-2020-MR-6 is Updated‟.
Proceeeding to the next interface (Approval/Recommend), knowing the Status of MR (work-
in-process) is vital a step. In order to monitor and retrieve MR, Application facilitates the MR

Submitting desirable date range, MR Nos. will be listed down (most earliest to latest) with
related data accordingly. Observing the Status of the MR, the User decides the next available
step to be excecuted.
In the given example, the MR posessing the Status „Raised‟ is can be processed in the
Approve stage and so forth. Just click on the MR Number „00061-2020-MR-6‟ which will
retrieve and populate the entire record into the „Approve‟ Interface

When the Message “Do You want to Close” is Prompted as shown below, the application will
quit and return to Home Page
Provisions are given for the removal of Material Request, prior to next immediate stage
“Approval”. Clicking the „Remove‟ button at Task Bar, Application will be prompted by the
message “Do you want to Remove MR”
Clicking “OK” button, results to remove the MR. (if the user decides to withdraw the removal
of MR)
Confirming the permanent removal of MR (00061-2020-MR-6) was done by Clicking „OK‟.
Applying the same MR No. in the Capture Interface and Click „View‟. The immediate response will
