αλεύρι που φουσκώνει μόνο του

 300γρ. φέτα θρυμματισμένη
 50 γρ. ανθότυρο θρυμματισμένο
 1  αβγό
 1 κουταλιά βούτυρο [λιωμένο] + βούτυρο για να αλείψετε το
πυρέξ
 1 κεσεδάκι γιαούρτι στραγγιστό [200 γρ]
 120 ml γάλα
 πιπέρι
 1 πρέζα μοσχοκάρυδο
Εκτέλεση συνταγής

 Βάζετε το αλεύρι σε ένα μεγάλο μπολ,

 Ανοίγετε μια τρύπα στη μέση
 Σιγά-σιγά προσθέτετε μέσα της όλα τα υπόλοιπα υλικά,
ανακατεύοντας απαλά, σαν να διπλώνετε το μείγμα.
 Τελειώνετε με μοσχοκάρυδο και λίγο πιπέρι. Ανακατεύετε καλά.
 Αδειάζετε το μείγμα σε ένα πυρέξ που προηγουμένως έχει
λαδώσει καλά
 Tο ψήνετε σε προθερμασμένο φούρνο στους 180C μέχρι η πίτα
να φουσκώσει και να ροδίσει.
