FEATURES OF BUSINESSORGANIZATION

Identify the three major functional areas of business organizations and briefly
describe how they interrelate.

The three major functional areas of business organizations are finance,


operations, and marketing. These three works together to achieve the goal of a
business organization. These also play a different significant role to support the
flow of the business organization. Finance is responsible for supplying financial
funds and financial planning and it ensures that financial funds are allocated
properly. It involves the activities that secure the resources of the business
because it controls all the spending activities. Also, it manages the financial
planning and creating a budget. Furthermore, it helps operations to perform their
function by allocating enough budget for the resources of business organizations.
Operations are responsible for managing resources and processing input into
finished products. It is considered as the main focus of a business because it
involves all the processes of producing products. As the products are produced,
they will then transfer for selling and marketing is reponsible for it. Marketing
involves the process of promoting and selling products. It is also responsible for
attracting customers to increase sales and get high profit.
