Dr. Maxima A. Javier and they would like to express their deep and sincere
gratitude to their research teacher Mr. Demetrio V. Valdez Jr. for giving the
opportunity and providing invaluable guidance throughout this research. The
researcher are extremely grateful for what he offered. For research adviser, Ms.
Bernadette C. Acebo, the researcher thank her a lot for her guidance, support
and effort throughout this research. It was a great privilege and honor to work

Abstract

To survive in this radically changing economy, several Filipinos nowadays


embrace innovation as a vital part of their lives. In recent years, most businesses
tend to heighten its responsibility towards the improvement of their products and
services to reasonably satisfy their customers. However, striving for profitability
and customer satisfaction also entails superior efforts. This study focuses on re-
inventing buchi as new generating profitable product. The study aims to propose
strategies that can make the reinvented buchi viable for business venture.
Results that can be derived from this study will also help in promoting delicacies
to Filipino citizens. By means of acquiring evidence on whether customer
satisfaction exists in these products, it will pave the way for trade enthusiasts and
entrepreneurs towards achieving profitability.

In analyzing and interpreting information, the researcher used narrative analysis research
design. The researcher gather relevant information through conducting face to face interview. In
collecting data, the researcher directly communicate with the participants in accordance with
prepared questionaire.

Findings is the principal outcomes of a research project; what the project suggested, revealed
or indicated. This usually refers to the totality of outcomes, rather than the conclusions or
recommendations drawn from them.

First, the researcher briefly discuss about" how may product describe in terms of ingredients,
procedures and cost?"Second is" what is the effect of the packaging of the product to its
profitability? " that most of the participants said that the product will be more attractive and
presentable. Then," how will you determine the customer satisfaction in terms of taste, texture,
appearance and cost?" that answers most of the participants like the taste, in terms of texture
the participants said its chewy and soft, in appearance the most of the participants said its look
suitable for market and the price was good in 3 pesos for 20 pesos. Lastly," what strategies may
be proposed to make the product feasible for the enterprise?" the participants suggested that in

order to be more feasible the researcher have to add another flavour, more attractive,
improved coating and creatively make another flavour of coatting.

Therefore, the answers have gathered through the use of survey-interview, participants were
chosen by means pf convenience sampling. The findings will help us to make the conclusion and
recommendations properly.
