Busy Day Breakfast Ideas for NON-Vegetarians

1. Include fruits in your breakfast, it will help you to give


morning boost and required amount of nutrition.
2. You can prepare few breakfast ahead of time (* star
marks), which will save time and effort in the
morning.
3. Mix flax seeds powder or chis seeds in paratha dough
or oats or in any breakfast which provides good
amount of fiber, protein, omega-3 fatty acid and
calcium. But always take required quantity.
