10.0 Opening prayer The meeting started with an opening prayer at Mr Julius

10.0 Welcome The Dean welcomed all members to the 10th Engr. E. U

any reason to be afraid, he admonishes all
members of the school not to conspire against
anyone.
10.4 Planning of The Dean spoke about the workshop to be

innovation for improving academics
performance: Multidisciplinary. He stated that a
committee had been set up for the upcoming
workshop and almost every member in the
school of Engineering and the committee should
 commence work immediately. That the Guest
Speaker is the Dean school of Engineering
YABATECH.
The Dean emphasized the need to make
contribution as a school toward the upcoming
workshop and he appointed someone to help
collect the contribution of each member for the
school.

10.5 Support from It was suggested by HOS in Computer Mrs.

10.6 Fund raising for Lecturer in Electrical Engineering suggested the Mr Julius,
the upcoming honorarium be reduced to meet with the funds Engr Nkem
conference available. The Dean stated what the budget and Engr.
would cover for the workshop. it includes Orodje
honorarium, refreshment, printing of banner and
certificates. It was suggested by HOD Electrical
Engineering that the budget for the workshop be
pegged at #100,000.
Mr Julius also said all members of the school of
Engineering make their contribution so has to
know the funds that would be available.
10.7 Sendforth for Mr Julius brought the attention of the school on Mr. Julius and
National youth the passing out of one of the youth corps Mrs. Kemi
corps member members posted to the Department of Oreoluwa.
Electrical/Electronic Engineering. It was agreed
that money be contributed to get him a gift as a
school.
10.8 consumables Mr Julius spoke about yet to get response on Mr Julius.

10.9 Selling of manuals Mrs. Kemi Oreoluwa suggested the school start Mr. kemi
selling manuals and lab coat to generate money Oreoluwa and
for the school and the Dean suggested we Engr. Orodje
inform the school before embarking on it.
10.1 Project writing The Dean stated that the project defence be Engr. Orodje,
0 done by 25th of November because the school Engr. Nkem
will close by the 3rd of December. He proposed and Mr Julius.
that the students complete their design and
report on or before November 24 and presented
by November 25th 2021. It was also advised that
the lecturers check the reports online to avoid
 plagiarism.
10.1 Adjournment The motion for adjournment was moved by a Mr Julius and

Engineering.
10.1 Closing prayer The closing prayer was said at 2:40pm Engr. Nkem
