Accused Carl Cedric Lequigan, Kent Ryan Genodepanon, Ulrich Bulhot and Aljohn Limoran
commits a crime under RA 9165 otherwise known as the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act
of 2002 of Section 5, Section 11, and Section 12.

No objections both for prosecution and defense, the case is set for pre-trial on January
