RSSB Learning Platform – A quick start guide for delegates

RSSB learning programmes are hosted on the RSSB Learning Platform. This will
allow delegates to track their learning and access their learning materials.

To access the RSSB learning

platform, select a training date on
any of our training web pages.

You will be first asked to enter

the username and password you
normally use to access locked
features on the main RSSB
website.
This also helps us identify your
membership status with RSSB.

If you have not registered

with RSSB, select Register
for a new account and fill in
the mandatory fields.
Verify your account using
the email you will be sent.
You can then fill in the
remaining contact details.

Once you are inside the Learning Platform, you can search for courses by
browsing the catalogue and find out more information about dates, prices and
how the learning will be delivered. (face-to-face, remote or e-learning)

To purchase your course for yourself select ‘buy now’. To buy for colleagues
select ‘buy for others’ to add this to your shopping basket.

If you are buying

for others, you
can send them a
notification which
will provide them
with a learning
token to redeem
their learning.
This will send
them an email on
how to register
and claim their place on the course.

Select how many seats you wish to purchase and hit the ‘send notification’
button to provide their contact details. You can now complete the payment
section.

Current payment
methods with
RSSB are:
• credit card
• invoice

Selecting either method will ask you to provide some mandatory fields.
For payment by invoicing include the contact details of who will be providing
the purchase order number (if you don’t already have one to hand)

Once you have entered the finance contact details, select ‘save’ and finalise
your payments by accepting the terms and conditions. These T&Cs can also be
found on training section of the main RSSB webpage.

If you need any support, contact training@rssb.co.uk and a member of the

training team will help you through any of the stages.
