Facts of the case are that today i.e., on 02.10.2021 at 13.15 hrs the complainant Pagella Manasa
W/o Raju, Age 23 yrs, Occ: Coolie R/o Lachammagudem Village of Narayanapur Mandal, Yadadri-
Bhongir Dist. came to PS Narayanapur and lodged a Telugu language written petition and also stated
that, she performed marriage with Pagella Raju and her husband residing in Hyderabad. She has
residing in the village and cultivating cotton field in her Agriculture land with extent of 2 acres. At
about 18.00 hrs her husband Pagilla Raju, Pagilla dasharatha, Pagilla Amrutha, Ganesh and his wife
Sunitha and some others were damaged her crop field. Later the above said people were attacked
her house and beaten, abused in filthy language, thereafter scattered the household articles infront
of house. Meanwhile, forcibly taken her 3 ½ tulas of golden ear studs, 33 tulas of silver chain. In
conclusion she requested to take necessary legal action and do justice.
