1. What is the meaning and function of Application Letter?
Answer:Application Letters is a letter of introduction that highlights your key
accomplishments and fit for a job Opening. In Application Letter adds
focus to our resume and CV (Curiculum Vitae). The function of
Application Letter are to As a written proof when applying for a job, As a
means of communication, and As a consideration for employer.

2. Who can use/make the Application Letter?


Answer: All people can use and make Application Letter especially those who want
to apply for a job.

3. When should you send an application letter?


Answer: when a company has a job vacancy or when we want to apply for a job.

4. Where is the difference between Speculative Letter and Cover Letter?


Answer: The differences are :
 Cover Letter is more complete than Speculative Letter.
 Cover Letter is used to apply the vacancy that has been advertised by a
company. Whereas,
 Speculative Letter is used when you're contacting a company who has
not advertised a vacancy, but you would like to work for that company.

5. Why is the Application Letter include to the personal and formal letter?
Answer: Application Letter is a personal letter because it’s addressed from an
individual to a company. And it is an formal letter because it has a standard
letter form and language.

6. How to write an Application Letter?


Answer :
(1) Research the company and job opening. Thoroughly research the company
you're applying to and the specifications of the open position. The more you
know about the job, the better you can customize your application letter.
(2) Use the standard format letter. Like letter date, address, the name of company,
enclosure, the contact information, salutation, the content of letter, closing,
and singanure.
(3) State the position you're applying for. Open the letter with a clear statement
about the position you are applying for. Mention the company by name. You
may want to specify where you saw the job posting. If you were referred by
someone at the company, be sure to include their name and position.
(4) Explain why you're the best fit for the job.
(5) Summarize your qualifications. Mention the top qualifications that make you a
good fit for the job. Provide a brief summary of your background that
highlights the most important points from your resume.
