‫ﺗﻄﻮرت ﻓﻜﺮة اﻟﻌﻨﺎﻳﺔ واﻻهﺘﻤﺎم ﺑﺎﻟﻤﻮهﻮﺑﻴﻦ واﻟﻤﺘﻔﻮﻗﻴﻦ ﺗﻄﻮرًا ﻣﻠﺤﻮﻇ ًﺎ ﻓﻲ اﻟﻌﺼﻮر اﻟﺤﺪﻳﺜﺔ‪ ،‬وأﺻﺒﺤﺖ ﻣﻦ اﻟﻤﺴﺆوﻟﻴﺎت اﻟﺘﻲ ﺗﻘﻊ ﻋﻠﻰ‬
‫ﻋﺎﺗﻖ اﻟﺪول اﻟﻤﺘﻘﺪﻣﺔ ﻓﻲ اﻟﻌﺎﻟﻢ‪ ،‬وﺑﻬﺬا ﺗﻢ اﻟﺘﺮآﻴﺰ ﻋﻠﻰ اﺳﺘﺜﻤﺎر ﻃﺎﻗﺎﺗﻬﻢ وإﺑﺪاﻋﺎﺗﻬﻢ ﻟﻠﻨﻬﻮض ﺑﻤﺴﺘﻮى اﻷﻣﺔ اﻟﺤﻀﺎري‪ .‬وﻷﺟﻞ ذﻟﻚ‬
‫وُﺿﻌﺖ اﺳﺘﺮاﺗﻴﺠﻴﺎت ﻣﺨﺘﻠﻔﺔ ﻹﻧﺠﺎح هﺬﻩ اﻟﻔﻜﺮة‪ .‬وﻓﻲ ﻣﺤﺎوﻟﺔ ﻟﻠﻮﺻﻮل إﻟﻰ ﻣﺎ هﻮ أﻧﺴﺐ ﻟﺮﻋﺎﻳﺔ اﻟﻤﻮهﻮﺑﻴﻦ واﻟﻤﺘﻔﻮﻗﻴﻦ ﻓﻲ اﻟﻌﺎﻟﻢ وُﺿﻌﺖ‬
‫ﺛﻼﺛﺔ أﺳﺎﻟﻴﺐ واﺿﺤﺔ وِﻓﻘﺎ ﻟﻤﻌﻄﻴﺎت اﻟﻮاﻗﻊ اﻟﻤﻴﺪاﻧﻲ واﻟﻀﺮورات اﻻﺟﺘﻤﺎﻋﻴﺔ اﻟﻼزﻣﺔ ‪ ،‬وهﻲ اﻟﺘﺠﻤﻴﻊ واﻟﺘﺴﺮﻳﻊ‪ ،‬واﻹﺛﺮاء‪.‬‬

‫ﻳﺘﻤﺜﻞ اﻟﺘﺠﻤﻴﻊ ﻓﻲ ﺟﻤﻊ اﻟﻤﻮهﻮﺑﻴﻦ ﻓﻲ ﻣﺆﺳﺴﺎت ﺧﺎﺻﺔ‪ ،‬ﻣﻊ ﻣﺎ ﻳﻘﺘﻀﻴﻪ ذﻟﻚ ﻣﻦ ﺗﻮاﻓﺮ اﻟﻤﺴﺘﻠﺰﻣﺎت اﻟﺨﺎﺻﺔ ﻟﺮﻋﺎﻳﺘﻬﻢ ﻣﻦ ﺑﺮاﻣﺞ وﻣﻨﺎهﺞ‬
‫إﺛﺮاﺋﻴﺔ أآﺜﺮ ﺗﻘﺪﻣ ًﺎ وﺗﻄﻮرًا‪ .‬وﻳﺘﺠﺴﺪ هﺬا اﻷﺳﻠﻮب ﻓﻲ ﺻﻮر ﻋﻤﻞ ﻣﺨﺘﻠﻔﺔ ﺗﺸﻤﻞ ﻣﺎ ﻳﻠﻲ‪:‬‬
‫إﻧﺸﺎء ﻣﺪارس ﺧﺎﺻﺔ ﺑﺎﻟﻤﻮهﻮﺑﻴﻦ‪ ،‬أو وﺿﻊ ﺻﻔﻮف ﺧﺎﺻﺔ داﺧﻞ اﻟﻤﺪارس اﻟﻌﺎدﻳﺔ‪ ،‬ﺗُﺪرﱢس ﻣﻨﺎهﺞ ﺧﺎﺻﺔ أآﺜﺮ ﺗﻘﺪﻣ ًﺎ وﺗﻄﻮراً‪ ،‬أو إﻋﺪاد‬
‫ﻏﺮﻓﺔ ﻟﻠﻤﺼﺎدر واﻟﺒﺮاﻣﺞ اﻹﺛﺮاﺋﻴﺔ اﻟﻤﺪرﺳﻴﺔ ﺗﻔﺘﺢ أﺑﻮاﺑﻬﺎ ﻟﻬﻢ ﻟﻔﺘﺮة ﻣﺤﺪودة ﻣﻦ اﻟﻴﻮم اﻟﺪراﺳﻲ ﻟﻠﺘﺮآﻴﺰ وﺑﺸﻜﻞ ﺧﺎص ﻋﻠﻰ اﻟﺘﻔﻜﻴﺮ‬
‫واﻟﺘﺤﻠﻴﻞ اﻟﻌﻠﻤﻲ أو ﺗﺨﺼﻴﺺ ﺻﻔﻮف إﺛﺮاﺋﻴﺔ ﺧﺎرج اﻟﻤﺪرﺳﺔ اﻟﻌﺎدﻳﺔ ﻳﻠﺘﻘﻲ ﻓﻴﻬﺎ اﻟﻄﻠﺒﺔ اﻟﻤﺘﻤﻴﺰون ﻣﻦ ﻋﺪة ﻣﺪارس ﻓﻲ ﻣﻮﻗﻊ ﻣﻮﺣﺪ ﻓﻲ‬
‫ﻧﻬﺎﻳﺔ اﻟﻴﻮم اﻟﺪراﺳﻲ وأﻳّﺎم اﻟﻌُﻄﻞ‪.‬‬

‫وﻓﻲ أﺳﻠﻮب اﻟﺘﺴﺮﻳﻊ ﻳُﺴﻤﺢ ﻟﻠﻄﺎﻟﺐ اﻟﻤﻮهﻮب واﻟﻤﺘﻔﻮق ﺑﺎﻟﺘﻘﺪم ﻋﻠﻰ درﺟﺎت اﻟﺴﻠّﻢ اﻟﺘﻌﻠﻴﻤﻲ ﺑﺴﺮﻋﺔ ﺗﺘﻨﺎﺳﺐ ﻣﻊ ﻗﺪراﺗﻪ‪ ،‬وذﻟﻚ ﺑﺘﻤﻜﻴﻨﻪ ﻣﻦ‬
‫إﺗﻤﺎم اﻟﻤﻨﺎهﺞ اﻟﺪراﺳﻴﺔ اﻟﻤﻘﺮرة ﻓﻲ ﻣﺪة أﻗﺼﺮ أو ﻋﻤﺮ أﺻﻐﺮ ﻣﻦ اﻟﻤﻌﺘﺎد‪.‬‬

‫أﻣﺎ أﺳﻠﻮب اﻹﺛﺮاء ﻓﺈﻧﻪ ﻳﻬﺪف إﻟﻰ ﺗﻮﺳﻴﻊ ﻣﻌﻠﻮﻣﺎت اﻟﻄﺎﻟﺐ اﻟﻤﺘﻔﻮق واﻟﻤﻮهﻮب وﺗﻌﻤﻴﻖ ﺧﺒﺮاﺗﻪ ﺑﻄﺮﻳﻘﺔ ﻣﻨﻈﻤﺔ وهﺎدﻓﺔ ﻣﻦ ﺧﻼل ﺗﺰوﻳﺪﻩ‬
‫ﺑﻮﺣﺪات ﺗﻌﻠﻴﻤﻴﺔ وأوﺟﻪ ﻧﺸﺎط إﺿﺎﻓﻴﺔ‪.‬‬

‫وﺗﻌﺪ ﻓﻜﺮة ﻏﺮﻓﺔ اﻟﻤﺼﺎدر واﻟﺒﺮاﻣﺞ اﻹﺛﺮاﺋﻴﺔ أآﺜﺮ اﻟﺒﺮاﻣﺞ ﺷﻴﻮﻋ ًﺎ ﻓﻲ اﻟﻌﺎﻟﻢ‪ ،‬ﺣﻴﺚ أﻧﻬﺎ أﻗ ﱡﻞ ﺗﻜﻠﻔﺔ وأآﺜﺮ ﻗﺒﻮﻻً‪ ،‬ﻷﻧﻬﺎ ﺗُﺤﺴﱢﻦ ﺑﻨﻴﺔ اﻟﺘﻌﻠﱡﻢ‬
‫داﺧﻞ اﻟﻤﺪرﺳﺔ اﻟﻌﺎدﻳﺔ ﺑﺸﻜﻞ ﻋﺎم‪ .‬وﻓﻲ اﻟﻮﻗﺖ ﻧﻔﺴﻪ ﺗُﻌ ﱡﺪ ﻣﻦ أآﺜﺮ اﻟﺒﺮاﻣﺞ اﻟﺘﻲ أﺛﺒﺘﺖ أﻧﻬﺎ ذات ﻓﻌﺎﻟﻴﺔ ‪ ،‬ﻷﻧﻬﺎ ﺗﻮﻓﺮ ﻟﻠﻄﻠﺒﺔ اﻟﻌﺎدﻳﻴﻦ اﻟﻔﺮﺻﺔ‬
‫ﻟﻼﺳﺘﻔﺎدة ﻣﻦ زﻣﻼﺋﻬﻢ اﻟﻤﺘﻤﻴﺰﻳﻦ ﻋﻨﺪ ﻋﻮدﺗﻬﻢ إﻟﻰ ﻏﺮف اﻟﺼﻒ اﻟﻌﺎدي‪.‬‬
