Number of School going children:- The Population of (0-5 Years) and (5-14 Years) children are
(1976+ 3167= 5143). But only 48.16% of population is going school. We need to more focus on child
quality education and educational infrastructure. Village Name Number of School Going Children

is 2477

 By exploring the data of Four village we came at the conclusion that still
more than half of the school going population are not going to school.
 When we further analysis the data we found that most of the parents
are not capable to bear the cost of education.
 Poverty and lack of awareness is one of the root cause.
 To tackle such things we would suggest such initiative
1. We would suggest government to launch new scheme i.e
SAMAVESHI VIKAS YOJNA
2. Under this scheme we would target children from backward caste
category first followed by upper caste category.
3. Create awareness in poverty areas about importance of education
in life. It will not burden for government to bear such cost.
4. Under this yojna instead of opening new school we would develop
the infrastructure of existing school in four village. From this it
helpful for those children who are studying in these school.
5. Development of infrastructure means Improving the quality of
education by appointing new and skill full teacher
6. Free meal which is provided to children must their quality be
improved under this scheme.
7. Such type of policy is implemented in kerala state and it is
successful . the school going students are increased from 60% to
93% in just 4-5 years.
8. If more and more children start going school then automatically
create awareness. proper supervision is required . so we ask
MUKHIYA of four village to take responsibility to supervised such
things.
9. BDO , SDO are already appoint at every block level . so proper
mentoring is easily possible without any financial burden.
10. Encourage more and more private school to open their campus
in the village.
11. Provide land and better road infrastructure for the school to open
their school.
12. Ask the school to enrol students atleast 33% of class strength at
half fees whose family income is less than 2.5 lakh per annum .
13. Those family who are capable in took admission of their ward
then they can easily
14. POSAK YOJNA introduce under this scheme children who are
going to school under 14 years are getting uniform free of cost.
Maximum allow is 2 uniform per students.
