ONLINE PARENT – TEACHERS MEETING OF CLASS XII (21-22)

Dear Parent,

We have organized one-on-one PTM on Saturday, 31.07.21 between 9.30 a.m. and
11.00 a.m. to discuss about your ward’s academic performance, to give and receive feedback of
the same. Kindly join the zoom meeting using given login ID and password of your ward’s
scheduled time. The duration of the meeting with each parent will be 3 - 5 minutes only.

We bring to your kind notice that this is a one-on-one feedback meeting where one
parent is allowed to talk to the teachers; other parents are requested to wait in the
waiting room till the host gives admit.

Parents are requested to attend the feedback meeting without fail. The co-operation of the
parents is solicited in this regard.

Instructions to the Parent

- The Class Teacher and the Academic Co-ordinator will host the meeting.
- The respective subject staff will also be present in the meeting.
- Join the meeting by using the above user id and password.
- While joining the meeting, make sure your audio and video are in mute. You can unmute
yourself when you want to address your concern.
- Parents are asked to join the meeting with their ward’s name, class & section.
