Subject : Christmas General Rehearsal

Dear parents and guardians,

Greetings!
In lieu of the Christmas Day program on FRIDAY, December 16, 2022, selected pupils and
students from Kinder, Grades 1-6, and Senior High School will be having a general rehearsal on
THURSDAY, December 15, 2022 from 7:20 AM to 12:00 PM for elementary and
preschool and until 3:00PM for senior high school. The advisers for each grade level will
have to stay with their advisory class to monitor the pupils’ and students’ practices. Due to this,
non-participants will be having their classes asynchronously, however, ALL pupils and
students are expected to work on the activities that the teachers will be giving online.

Kindly refer to the given schedule below for the auditorium practice:
Grade Level Time
Grades 1-3 8:00-9:00 AM
Grades 4-6 9:00 AM-10:00 AM
Preschool 10:00 AM-11:00 AM
Grades 11-12 11:00 AM-3:00PM
Glee Club 10:00AM-12:00PM
Students are required to wear their PE uniform or white shirt with their ID but are NOT allowed
to wear civilian clothes. They will also be asked to stay in their classrooms while waiting for their
turn to go up the auditorium and are expected to go back to their classroom after the practice in
the auditorium.
