Dear Parents,

Greetings of the day!!!

It’s a time for celebration & teamwork and being proud of what the
school stands for and believes in.

All the participants are hereby informed that they have to come for
the Annual Day and Sports Day ‘UMANG’ practice on Saturday
i.e 10 December 2022. Planning and practice have already been started.
We expect all the students to participate in this event with full zeal.

The detailed instructions are as follows:-

CLASS REPORTING DISPERSAL ENTRY & EXIT

TIME
MONT 9:00 am 2:00 pm Gate no. 1

I & II 8:00 am 2:00 pm Gate no. 2

III & IV 8:00 am 2:15 pm Gate no. 2

V- IX & XI 8:00 am 2:20 pm Gate no.1

Note: All the participants need to carry their props

according to their respective events.
You all are requested to cling to the following pointers:-

• It is mandatory for all the students to wear mask & carry their
school I-card.

• All the participants need to report on time in their winter/

summer Friday uniform.

•School buses won't ply for tomorrow. Parents need to make the
arrangement accordingly.

• Kindly adhere to the specific mentioned school timings and

send a hand-written undertaking slip mentioning your ward’s
name, class/sec with the event name.

• Students must carry their water bottle, dry fruits/ fruits and lunch
preferably homemade food. Avoid junk food.

We happily appreciate your belief in us and look forward to better

coordination in the future always.
