INFORMATIVE LETTER

Dear Parent’s/Guardians:

Greetings of Peace!
I am writing this letter to inform you with the following agenda’s that we discussed during our faculty meeting
last week November 11, 2022 at SHS Multimedia room. Below are the details.

1. Intramurals 2022
 November 28 – December 2, 2022 at the University of Cebu – Banilad Campus
 Students are required to attend the said activity and have their attendance checked in the
morning and afternoon. They are encouraged to watch events on those days.
 T-shirt for the Intramurals 2022 is required. The mayor of the class is collecting the
amount of ₱200.00 per student.

2. Full Face-to-Face Implementation and Dates to Remember

 November 21 – 25, 2022 – Blended Learning (Stick to the original Schedule)
Blended/Original Schedule
Monday and Tuesday – Face to face classes for Grade 11 students
Wednesday and Thursday – Synchronous Classes (Online Class)
Friday and Saturday – Asynchronous Class (Offline/Making of Activities)
 December 5, 2022
- Full Face-to-Face of Grade 11 & 12 students from Mondays to Fridays
 December 8 – 10, 2022
- UC Outreach Program with the Theme Christmas Pasalamat
- Students are not required but advised to bring some canned goods or noodles or rice
for the said activity to be given to Barangay Apas, prioritizing those whose houses
has been demolished.
 December 12 – 16, 2022
- Last week of the First Semester
 December 14 – 16, 2022
- 2nd Quarterly Examination Day
Note: The date for their exam might be compressed to 2 days, December 14 & 15. And
for December 16, it will be their Face-to-face Christmas Party.
