On Thursday l.lay 2I,2009 æound 1604 h¡s. I, Detective Waples continued this case
investigation and talk to @eporting Person) Gus McCoy. During talking to Mr. McCoyhe stated he
work for the campaign and was given out the works of the polls money that was in the envelops of
$75,00, Mr. McCoy stated he received a call from a number several times and the number was
60l-672-0805. Mr. McCoy stated he answered the phone ard talk to a guy that he though was a guy
that was working for the campaign. Mr. McCoy stated he met the guy at 1503 W. MoDowell Rd. and
pulled in the parking lot and a guy wearing a red T- shirt approached his tuck and got into the truck
and pulled a small handgun on him and told him to give up the money in the envelops.
Mr. McCoy stated he gave the guy the whole clip board and the goy got out his tuck and told him
to drive offand ttre guy took offrunning behind the business. Mr. McCoy stated he called the Police
and they took finger prints off of his truck passenger side door, I, Detective V/aples asked Mr.
McCoy for a list of people he was giving money to. Mr. McCoy stated he has a list of 16 peoples and
he will get the list and give it to me onMay 22, 2fi)9 This case is ongoing.
