Strong Points:

 The topic of Mr. Cristobal is not familiar to us, but he enlighten us that this is also important
in Mathematics.
 Mr. Cristobal has a good gesture while teaching.
 He interacted to his students very well.
 He let his students to answer his example, even sometimes it is not correct but he also
motivate his student to try again.
 Mr. Cristobal has a good voice that caught our attention.

Points to improve:

 Internet

B. Learning Insights on the:

a. Instruction:

 Mr. Cristobal explained that the direct variation, are also called direct proportion, it is a
relationship between two variables x and y that can be written as y = kx, k ≠ 0. This situation
occurs when the ratio of two variables is constant. When y = kx, we say that y varies directly
with x. He gave a lot of examples for us to understand the topic.

b. Assessment strategies being used:

 Mr. Cristobal uses quiz and assignment as his assessment.

II. Self-Reflection as a future teacher:

 As a future teacher, I realize that students today need more out of their education. We need to be very
organized and creative. As much as possible, give them the freedom to ask and to answer. We need to
have a broad knowledge about the topic that we will discuss in the future. I want to apply also the new
learnings from Sir Cristobal, I admire the way he discussed the topic and how he interacted to his
students.

II. Evidence/s of observation such as screenshots from the google meeting, chat/message or
any form of evidence being used. (at least three with caption)

 While he read the question, his voice was very approachable, soft and catch our attentions. He also gave
an example from the start. The presentation is also nice.
