Good day, everyone!

I am Dana Amor B. Montanez from 12PM2-ABM

Today, I will be presenting my created Infographic from my statistical study, which composed of
the four milestones such as
Presenting, Analyzing, Standardizing, and Correlating Business Data.

Now let's talk about my complete business plan.

I am thinking of putting up a food business for a kiosk in the school cafeteria and use the money
I got from my parents. To ensure that my business will be profitable and marketable, I made a
plan that comes up with a relationship of my business with my customers, a list of criteria for
staff that I will hire as well as the food product that I will sell in the market.

....................................................................................
....................................................................................

First, I have here the data from my respondent's choice of food items.
Based on the Bar graphs, I can analyze the best food items I should sell.

For the meals, the two main products I should sell are French Fries gaining 32.22%, and Rice
Meals, which is 25.56%. Also, followed by Doughnuts, Sandwiches, and Finger Foods. On the
other hand, For the beverages, I have Milk Tea that gained 25%, and Lemonade, which is
21.67%. Also, followed by the other list of items for Beverages. The corresponding high
percentage indicates customer preferences, meaning these are the food items that will be
marketable in my business that helps me to gain sales.

----------------------------------------------------------------

Now, let's proceed to the aspects of food service, specifically the Food Market's Etiquette. As I
can see, all the criteria got a high percentage. From this, I can conclude that all given
categories, such as Taste, Affordability, Customer Service, Cleanliness, and Environment
friendliness, are all equal in terms of how significant they are.

The other one is by observing the result of its z-score. The z scores [0.14, -1.60, -0.56, 0.84,
1.18] I got are ranges from 0 (which is the mean) to ± 1 (68%), ± 2 (95%), and ± 3 (99.7%). It
proves that all the values fall within the three standard deviations. It means all gathered values
are important, taking note that there are no outliers.

This calculation and analyzation helps me to justify my conclusion that all aspects of food
service are equally important.

-------------------------------------------------------
Moreover, having the right planning will help me to get more demand for my products, which
results in managing my business smoothly.

Now let's talk about the most significant factor in opening a new venture.

It is the market.
The term market has two meanings. It is a place where two parties can gather to facilitate the
exchange of goods and services. Also, these are the individuals who are usually the end users
most likely to purchase the product, particularly the target market or my future customers.

As for me, Customers not only care about how a store looks and feels, but also they're likely to
make purchasing decisions based on the ambiance of the establishments they patronize. So, if I
want to make more sales, attract new customers, and retain existing ones, I prefer to take pride
in how my business looks.

……………………………………………………..

The next one is hiring staff. In hiring staff, the most important that the applicant possesses or
should excel in -- are the Skills, Interview, and Personality Test. However, this varies in which
position they are applying. For the servers, I prefer that the person excel more in Skills and
Personality Test. While for the managerial position, that person should evenly excel in all tests. I
know that hiring staff is an asset in my business, so considering its factors are needed. It can
help me to run my business smoothly and build a good relationship with my customer that may
lead to success.

…………………………………………...

Now let's talk about a good pricing strategy that is suited for my future customers' allotted
budget.

40% of my respondents preferred P21 - P40, another 40% of them preferred P61 & above. It
gives me an idea that the price can range from 21 to 40 pesos or 61 pesos and above.

As i can see, the price varies the amount of food per food item, the ingredients used to produce
it, the demand of that product, and other factors that make the prices differ.

……………………………………………………..

Now, let’s proceed to the Correlation Between the two variables.

First is the Correlation between Customer Overall Satisfaction and Customer Retention. As I
can see, there is a correlation between customer overall satisfaction and customer retention. It
has a weak positive correlation that indicates these both variables move in the same direction.
To justify these variables, I can foresee that if the customers gave low ratings (satisfaction) for
the existing concessionaire here in school. Then, there is a high probability that those
customers will no longer buy food from the concessionaire again (Retention). That is the reason
why Customer Retention is the dependent variable, knowing that the rating of it depends on the
customer's satisfaction.

Now, let’s proceed to the Correlation Between the two variables.

First is the Correlation between Customer Overall Satisfaction and Customer Retention.

Customer satisfaction is the overall impression of the customer about the supplier, products,
and services rendered.

On the other hand, Customer retention is the collection of activities a business uses to increase
the number of repeat customers and to increase the profitability of each existing customer.

As I can see, there is a correlation between customer overall satisfaction and customer
retention. It has a weak positive correlation that indicates these both variables move in the same
direction, taking note that its Product Moment Correlation.

-------------------------------------------------------------------

Now let me discuss with you the overall customer satisfaction and Customer retention Strongest
and Weakest Positive Correlation with the food aspects.

● The Environment-friendliness is the food aspect that has the strongest positive
correlation with the customer overall satisfaction. On the other hand, Customer Service
is the food aspect that has the weakest positive correlation with it.
Also..............................
● Taste is the food aspect that has the strongest positive correlation with customer
retention. On the other hand, Affordability is the food aspect that has the weakest
positive correlation.
------------------------------------------------------
To sum up.
Having discussed the above factors that affect customer satisfaction, I can say that the higher
the satisfaction level, the higher is the sentimental attachment of customers with the business. It
will lead the customer to go back and buy again and again (customer retention).

Also, understanding Customer preferences will give me an indication of having consumer

demand. Using my complete business plan wisely will help my business to be profitable and
marketable. It increases the sales that can help me to operate my business smoothly.

I am sure that I can manage to open up a new venture having this complete business plan. I will
make sure to monitor its progress and be ready for unexpected scenarios that may happen
under SWOT Analysis.

That’s the end of my presentation. Opening a business may be risky however, if we are
passionate about what we are doing, there’s no need for us to be afraid in the first place.

Again, I am Dana Amor B. Montanez. Thank you for listening.l
