satisfaction is also advantageous for the employers (private sectors) and government
(public sectors) as it is one important factor to have good quality work standard.
The most respected profession in the world is Teacher. Teachers are the
foundation of a nation; they are the one who creates a lawyer, engineer, doctor,
politician, etc. However, even though teaching is the noblest profession, there’s a lot
of situation that shows how the government disregard the well-being of the public

competence to protect and become a reliable organization for the welfare of those
teachers.

their jobs, like high productivity, loyalty to the company, better life satisfaction, etc.
Disgruntled workers who are not satisfied with their job will not be committed and
productive. In present studies, there are factors associated with job satisfaction such
as salary, work itself, relationship with co-workers and job security, which can be
community where all teachers are united in upholding their dignity and awareness of
their relevance in the society. TDC is formed in order to unite the teachers in a

working in KES and official members of the TDC in the said school. The major part

answer our survey form. Its purpose is to assess the effectiveness of TDC towards
achieving job satisfaction and to recommend a certain way to help the teachers
that has an impact to their job satisfaction only, such as their opinions toward
