    RELIGION
    ❖ There are many seals to support the evidence of
    the Indus Valley Gods. Some seals show
    animals which resemble the god, Shiva.

    ❖ People worshipped nature in the form of Trees,


    Sun, Moon.

    ❖ Belief in Life after Death The people of Indus


    Valley buried their dead together with
    household pottery, ornaments and other articles
    of daily use. Putting these items in graves may
    mean that they had a religious belief in an
    afterlife, in which they could use these
    belongings again.
