Additional Courses Fall 2021 Registration for Batches 2020, 2020F & 2021S
For failure of previous Semester courses only

 Note: Current regular semester courses registration will be through CMS

 Centralized Schedule of Additional Courses Fall 2021 is displayed on website as well as shared on WhatsApp
groups
 Students of Batch 2020, 2020F and 2020S can register in as many as previous failure courses which do not exceed
limit of 21 credit hours including their current semester credit hours. Credit hours details of current semester must
be consulted with your department.
 Students must know that what are their current semester credit hours and accordingly they can register only for
previous semester failure semester courses and total credit hours must not exceed 21 credit hours.
 This registration is only for previous semester failure courses. Registration of Regular current semester courses
will be through CMS.
 Students can select their courses (with the above maximum limit) which are offered with this notice. If any course
which is not present in the list then student can select courses which are currently running in their department
regular semester i.e., 1st or 3rd Semester. Regular Courses Department Timetables are posted on departmental
notice boards/ website. However, no course should be selected that has clash of timings as the Exams will be held
on the same timings.
 Students will first submit his registration form in the CED office along with the progressive marksheet copy (B-
Block, third floor) with fee payment voucher to be submitted in SSUET MCB Branch. After submission of form,
student will be given registration slip copy which will be retained by student to attend the classes as an evidence.
 Classes already started w.e.f Oct 15th, 2021 whether taken with regular courses or additional courses and students
should join classes immediately whether taken with Regular semester or additional semester.
 Each student has to take at least 75% of the classes (physical as well as on VLE). Students having Short of
attendance will not be allowed to sit in the final exam.
 Student has to repeat all components of a course.
 Improvement of course is allowed only if student scored previously C or below grade. However maximum grade
a student can obtain is B+. In all four academic years, maximum five courses can be improved.

 Registration of the courses will start w.e.f Oct 20th, 2021
 Last Date of the Registration is October 22nd, 2021.
 After October 22nd, 2021, Rs 500/credit hour will be charged as late fee and after Oct 26th , 2021, registration will
be completely closed.
