Introduction
The paper aims to reflect upon the significant approaches and contribution that has
helped in completion the research project. In order to complete the research project
Employability for Immigrants in Australia has been taken into account. The paper has
underpinned the personal reflective journal that shed light upon personal contribution
and achievement from the project.

Contribution to the topic selection

In selecting the topic I have faced different issues as in conducting a research project it
is critically important that the topic is able to cover all the requirements a reader requires
in understanding a project. After the consultation with the team and peers I have
selected the topic for the research project conduction that can duly help the reader to
obtain effective and efficient understanding in the subject matter. Considering the
important of available and reliable sources I opt for researching on Australian
immigrants and employability as it is one of the concerned topic in the business
research as employability has the significance to contribute on the nation’s economic
development (Kifle et al. 2016). I have identified the problem that can assist me through
the research project as the problem definition on the research has helped me to outline
the research questions that are effective and contributively prominent to the research
paper. I have then underpinned the research questions that are linked with the research
aim in detailing work opportunities for the immigrants and associated policies and
facilities provided in Australia. By making the effective and comprehensive approach
towards the efficient importance of the subject, the topic has been approved by the
professor as it is very important to ensure if the project is going on the right direction. In
selecting the topic and developing the research specifications I have learnt that the in
conducting a research it is important to consider each of the parameters of the research
paper that can fully contribute to personal experience and readers experience in the
successful manner.

Contribution to the literature review
In conducting a research project it is important that academic sources are duly
incorporated that are productive towards the business research paper in the effective
manner. Apart from that literature review helps in providing the empirical base of the
research. In conducting the literature review report I have researched data from the
academic scholars that are associated with the research questions of the paper in the
persuasive manner (Udah et al. 2019). In the foremost step I decided to search the
academic contents on the employability of Australian immigrants using the key words
underpinned in the research questions. The research key words have helped in
gathering data and information that are effective and productive in answering the
research questions duly. Thereby the articles, papers, books and journals were
reviewed in a systematic order considering the layers of the paper respectively abstract,
introduction, research mechanism used, data collected and analysed and finally the
implications of the data in results (Naoum, 2019). This mechanism has duly helped in
summarising the key findings of the literature review. The search process has been
considered the time consistency of the paper and thereby to make reliable data
research I decided to search for sources not older than 5 to 8 years. Time efficiency of
the data collection process has helped in dealing with the significance of reliability and
valid data top put in the business research. With the help of literature review secondary
data and information has been contributed to the research project that has helped me to
obtain effective and efficient insight in the difference between employability and
immigrants tasks to get employed in the unknown places.

Research methodology
Research methodology is the systematic framework that helps in organising the entire
research paper in a strategic order that facilitates the understanding on the subject
matter and inducing the research scopes in the results duly. I have detailed the
research methodology with the help of research onion that has different layers and each
layer has its own task to perform. I have discussed the research outlines and selected
the best fit options of research methodology that are profound for research significance.
Based on the innovative perspective of the research project research philosophy and

qualitative research strategy has been induced in the paper. Primary and secondary
data has been collected in which primary data has conceded the implications of
interview to the 50 random samples (Lyon, 2019). Random sampling technique has
been used in this research paper as it has significant on detailing the probable
outcomes of the research in the persuasive manner. After completing the data collection
procedure, data analysis and interpretations were made with the help of likert scale and
different data analysis techniques. I can state that with the research methodology
interpretations I have obtained the significance of research methods and strategies that
are effectively able to contribute to the research productivity in the critical manner
(Burke and Soffa, 2018).

Reflection on personal experience

In performing the research project I have greatly been able to obtain understanding and
insights in the contemporary context that are efficiently able to improve my skills and
knowledge in business context duly. I have evident that in performing the research
paper it is critically important that the research is able to maintain the professional
standards, ethical responsibilities towards the research. Apart from that in completion
the research it is critically important that being the researcher a structured standard and
format is maintained that helps the reader to obtain better and efficient idea in the
research subject duly (Boudah, 2019). I have obtained different skills and improved my
knowledge in the concept of immigrants and employability along with the related notions
that are inevitable to underpin in the research. Additionally the teamwork has helped me
to obtain communication skills, improve my social skills, writing skill and research skills.
Team was cooperative and that has helped in the successful completion of the business
research project and support of the peers has helped in dealing with the challenges
that were affecting the research project.

Personal statements on the research project

Since a research project has different sections likewise introduction, literature review,
research methodology data collection and analysis and finally recommendation along

with the related tasks, we have divided the tasks accordingly. I have personally written
down the literature review and summarised the findings from the secondary data
collection in the implications. Additionally I chose to write the literature review report as I
have developed the research questions based on the intuitive platform of research aim.
The research questions are subjected to be answered by the research end with the help
of sources interpreted. Thereby I was able to improve my research skills and obtained
insight in detailing the scholar papers accordingly that has facilitated my understanding
in the subject matter in the successful manner. I experienced different challenges as
well that has widened the opportunities to improve those areas and complement my
further academic and professional skills duly. Thereby I can state that I have greatly
been able to obtain better and in-depth understanding in the subject matter and
improved my skills duly.

Conclusion
In relation with the paper it has been evident that I have shed light upon my personal
experience in conducting the research project. I have underpinned my experience and
insights that have been adversely influencing my research project. Thereby I can
conclude that this research project has helped me in dealing with research
specifications and understanding on employability immigrations in Australia.
