Create your own art movement and describe its main tenets. Give it a name.

“Ma oeuvre sereine”

With the different art movements across history, what do you think does the future hold for art
and art production?

 Since the beginning of time, art has served as a mirror of the surrounding sociocultural,
scientific, philosophical, and technological contexts. Because the church served as both a
political and social center throughout the Middle Ages, medieval art was primarily concerned
with the divine. During the industrial and scientific revolutions, art was a reflection of the
technological advances that were occurring at the time. When it comes to art, it's more about
the experience and the relationship between individuals that is triggered by some type of
creative intervention in space or a social occurrence. This implies that the medium (in this
example, a computer) becomes an inextricably linked component of the artistic experience. As
a result, it seems that either new and better mechanisms or significant improvements to
current medium are required.

Looking into the next 20 years, what do you think are the new trends that will emerge?

 What life will be like in the next 20 years is impossible to predict at this point in time.
However, there are a number of things that seem to be dominating our vision for the next 20,
50, or 100 years. Questions concerning health (for example, Covid), the environment (for
example, climate change), the social and political arena (for example, racial tensions and
gender inequality, economic disparities, alternative economic paradigms), and technological
advancements are all topics covered (i.e. the internet, quantum computing, A.I., etc.). Art in the
future will not only reflect, but will also be formed by, these difficulties and concerns, rather
than the other way around.

What does this movement attempt to do?

 Points in time that depict the tale of a particular era's cultural zeitgeist are referred to as
pinpoints in history. In this art trend, you may see history, technical progress,  all painted on a
single canvas.

What are the concerns or questions will it attempt to answer?

 Observing art is an emotive and autonomous experience that may be shared with
others. Each individual who views a piece of art does so through the prism of their own
experience, and each person will derive various interpretations from what they perceive.
Having a conversation about art helps us to break out from our own views and get fresh
perspectives.

Imagine what kind of materials/media and techniques will be used to create and realize the
concepts behind artists' works.

 I feel that utilizing locally sourced materials makes art more accessible to individuals of
all socioeconomic backgrounds. Aside from that, it is always fascinating since it is a mirror of
the artist.
