Terms & Conditions

1. Any repair/replacement product will be delivered only on submission/production of this original receipt. Service center reserves the right to refuse delivery of repair/replacement product if this receipt is not
submitted/produced. Incase this original receipt is lost; customer has to execute an indemnity bond to the satisfaction of Service Center to prove the lawful ownership of the product and identification of the person along
with Govt. approved ID Proof to collect the product.
2. All payments shall be done by customer through Pay U Service.
3. The customer shall pay the inspection charges upfront at the time of handing over the product at Service Center. Service Center shall share the repair cost estimate post inspection of the product to customer for approval
through email. In the event of the repair cost estimation is not approved by customer the product would be returned without repair in 'As it is' condition.
4. The Service Center shall not be responsible for any delay, on performance, on delivery of the products due to contingencies arising from any force majeure such as acts of god, storm, earthquake, accident, strikes, lockout,
industrial dispute, labor trouble, transportation, embargo, existence of any state emergency, war, civil commotion, riot, inability to obtain any material, refusal of license, approval of imposition of sanction of any measure,
taken by government which makes it impossible or impractical for this Service Centre to perform, supply, service or deliver the product to customer.
5. All replacements/repairs of product are subject to availability of parts. Some parts may need to be ordered from overseas and transit time of such parts shall be considered accordingly.
6. Service charge for products sent to Service Center for repair without valid Warranty Proof / Proof of purchase will be charged accordingly.
7. Service Centre reserves the right to reject the services for tampered, waterlogged, liquid damaged product brought by the customers.
8. The defective parts replaced while undertaking the repairs of the product will not be returned to the customers.
9. Product once repaired in Service Center will be holding warranty for remaining warranty period only.
10. The Customer shall take delivery on the product within thirty (30) days after repair or unrepair intimation over phone or in writing by the Service Centre. In the event customer does not take the delivery within thirty (30)
days, Service Centre reserves the right to auction the product to recover the repair and auction charges from the customer.
11. Free labor service will be provided for pertaining to same fault and same component failure if the product gets faulty within 30 days of repairs of last paid service.
12. If the product is shipped for repair to Service center, customer will be responsible for any damages during the transit till the delivery accepted and confirmed by the Service center.
13. Customer agrees that once the replacement/repair product is delivered directly to Customer's registered address, the Services deems to be completed and the Service Center does not owe any further obligation towards
the Customer. Any delivery concerns shall be reported by Customer to call center of the product company within seven (7) calendar days from the delivery date of replacement/repair product.
14. In the event of any dispute arising out of these terms and conditions, the same shall be resolved in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act 1996, by the arbitrator appointed by the company of the product.
The decision of such arbitrator will be final and binding both the parties. The venue of such arbitration proceeding shall be in Gurgaon.
