2. Client Relationship Management
• I am responsible for P&L of IT Hiring Vertical of Hexagon Search, In addition to top
and bottom line responsibilities, also managing high value client relationships,
Business Development, People development & Training, Strategy and formulation of
Policies. Managed multiple teams, RPO engagements & exclusive projects with clients
with strong analytical and planning skills.
• Used AI powered platform like LitmusBlox for candidate screening & pre assessment.
Successfully on boarded over 1500+ candidates across levels, Also Onboarded 300 +
candidates per exclusive RPO Engagements in year 2021. Onboarded more than 100+
Candidates for leadership roles.
• Conducting regular performance management for the team and providing timely
feedback to the team members and management.
• Expertise in engaging with the Hiring Managers and Stake holders directly to gather
the requirements and ensuring the requirements are catered within the stipulated
period, Expertise in providing solutions to clients with smart Market Intelligence,
advised clients on Hiring strategy, Market Intelligence, RPO Solutions, Compensation
and employment contracts, competitor analysis.
3. Operations
• Working in capacity as an Associate Director - Client Operations team for Hexagon
Clients. (Across India) Managing several BFS, IT Services, Product based company
accounts like Deutsche Bank, UBS, HSBC, TIAA, Persistent, Seagate, Nutanix,
Xpanxion, Microlise, Talentica, Ocwen Financial, Globant, ABS Nautical Systems,
phData & many more.
 • Responsible for managing multiple teams of sizes 20+ for RPO Engagements &
Contingent hiring, Responsible for Niche Hiring and Just In Time hiring for customers.
• Defined processes to optimize resources by which deliverables are met Ex. TAT-
turnaround time, Candidate pipelines, MIS and Offers as per agreed SLAs with clients.
• Responsible for invoicing and payment collections
4. HR & Operations
• I am taking care of the complete Leave & Attendance management of my Team
members.
• Leading & mentoring the team of Recruiters & Sourcing team in Headhunting and
Identifying the talent pool from various sources. Responsible for Employee
Engagement & Grievance Handling
• I am involved in the complete life cycle of an employee joining Hexagon: Sourcing ->
Interviewing -> Onboarding -> Induction
• In addition to top and bottom-line responsibilities, also managing high value client
relationships, Business Development, People development & Training, Strategy, and
formulation of Policies.
