    The rubric evaluates test takers on their ability to discuss topics fully and fluently based on their vocabulary, grammar, and fluency. It provides scoring guidelines for each category from 90-100 down to 0-39. For 90-100, test takers can discuss topics very fully and flexibly with excellent vocabulary and minimal grammar errors.
