Apply scented oil or lotion to the feet up to above of the ankles of the client’s foot.

Client's foot should be placed close to your chest area, while your body is leaning
in the direction of it. Begin massaging at the tip of the toe and work your way up
to the ankle. Then two to three times from their ankle to their foot.

Apply mild pressure to the arches of the foot with your thumbs. Place both of your thumbs on the client's
foot while doing so. Then, for about 30 seconds, do a little circular movement in the other direction.

Slide your thumb up the back of your heels to the achilles tendons, which connect
to the calf muscle. Repeat this back and forth a few times. Maintain a tiny circular
movement with your thumb while rubbing your heels up to the ankle.

Hold the foot with one hand while doing the stroke with the other. Your thumb should be on
top of your big toe, and your index finger should be below it. Lightly stretch the finger toe.
Make a circular motion while pulling the toe gently. There's a chance you'll hear a toe pop.

Hold the foot with one hand on the heel to support it while massaging the toes with the other.
Place fingers in between the client's toes and slide them backwards and forwards from the toe
base to the end of the toe base. Rep the strokes two or three times more.

Replace the other foot and repeat the procedure. Remember to concentrate on one foot at a
time before moving on to the other.
