THE PROPOSAL FOR A 20 KM PIPE REPLACEMENT

FOR THE RESIDENTS OF KAMPUNG PADANG,

KUANTAN, PAHANG.

TECHNICAL REPORT
Environmental Impact on the Proposed 20 km Pipe Replacement for the
Residents of Kampung Padang, Kuantan, Pahang.
Prepared by: U & I Technologies Sdn Bhd

Abstract

This technical report present the risk assessment of the environemnt impact associated with the
proposal construction project of 20 km pipe replacement for the residents of Kampung Padang in
Kuantan. The risk identification process involved the assessment of all project activities
alignated to the environmental aspects. Upon the identification of potential risk, evaluation were
assigned and appropriate risk mitigation process were conducted. Thus, U & I Technologies Sdn
Bhd adapt the method of Risk Assessment and Risk Control (HIRARC) in environmental risk
evaluation.

U&I’s expertise in this work enables us to 1. Establish a clear communication
work with clients in planning the works and flows
in determining the scope to match the
available time frame. Communication is an important element that
is very important in every phase of
construction project. We will need to provide
a communication plan featuring how often
we will check in with the stakeholders about
the status meetings, where it will be held and
many more. It also important in dealing with
the supplier in the plan. The project manager
is also responsible in creating status report,
and also do the planning on how often the
report will be send out and to whom should
be send. This will help you to make the
process smoother and it can reduce the
number of emails and phone calls that will be
