Existing BOQ cannot be changed as the online submission has been started. The items marked in
the yellow colour can be considered for Technical evaluation.

Offered items (accessories / consumables / reagent) by the bidders should be compatible with the
equipment installed at the COVID testing laboratories. If any problem arises during and after use of
the accessories / consumables / reagent in the existing installed equipment, the bidder shall be
responsible and shall replace the items immediately to the satisfaction of the purchaser / hospital /
laboratory. Any damage / breakage in the equipment due to incompatibility, the supplier of the
accessories / consumables shall be liable to compensate the losses immediately.

The consignee will be either WBMSCL HQ/COVID testing Laboratories of the State of the West
Bengal.
