    a) tab trexa TDS
    b)pause mounthwash solution
    c)tab hexalan 125mg to tabs
    BD or TID
    d)inj. Stadern 2cc IM
    stat .repeat after 30 mins.
    e)inj. Amicar (EACA) 20mg IV
    f)inj.ethamsyl 20-500mg 6 to
    12 hrly
    6)inj. Vit k10mg/ml IM or tab
    kapilin 10 mg TDS.
    5. angina Crushing pain in chest, a)tab angised (nitroglycerine)
    substernal or per 0.5mg S L or
    cordialregion, radiation to b)tab sorbitrate 20mg (sub
    shoulder,left hand and some lingually) and than 3 times
    times to the jaw, daily orally. Subsequent
    alternatives ( long terms)

    6. hypertension Headache, a)tab . nifedipine 5mg SL after

    7. hypotension Extreme pallor, a)inj. Mephnentine 10-30mg
    giddiness,thread low pulse IM
    b)inj. Decadron 8mg IM or
    c)inj. Effcorlin 100mg IM
    8. hypoglycaemia Sweating, palpitations, a)glucose 25% 10-20cc IV
    hunger, convulsion, b)2 teaspoons of sugar
    unconsciuseness, headache, c)coca-cola non- diet 90
    anxiouseness ml/orange juice 250ml of
    necessary this can be
    repeated at 10-15 min
    intervals
    9. bronchial asthma Shorthness of breath, a)asthallin inhaler 100-200mg
    difficulty in breathing, b)inj. Deriphylline 2cc IM
    wheezing, restlessness and c)inj. Aminaphyline 250mg
    hungur (slow IV dilutionin 20cc
    glucose)
    10. epileptic fits (convulsion) Tonic and clonic muscle a)inj. Gardinal 100-250 mg
    sprains, forthing of saliva
    trismus.
