Video - Accept the change
Hello there again, it’s Claudia here. I hope you enjoyed our last video and that you learned something
new about hormones and how they affect our mood and behavior. Today, we will talk about your
feelings a bit more. This whole course is designed to help you change your lifestyle and habits and
adapt to the ketogenic diet. This diet isn’t like any other. It requires you to prepare physically and
mentally and to accept that it is going to change your life.

It can be easy to say, “Yes, I want to change,” but can we be certain if we are really ready to change?
Once you start applying everything you learned throughout this Master Class course, you will see just
how much you are able to change, if you’re willing of course. Trust me; there is nothing you should
be scared of, every change this diet requires is a good one. I can bet that just by listening to me you
have learned a lot, and that in itself is a change. And everything you learned here can be used to
change many other aspects of your life, not just your diet and health status. So, changing something
doesn’t require just motivation and positive attitude but also awareness of the fact that things will
change. Once you start this diet, you won’t be able to eat whatever you want, you won’t be able to
skip meals or eat something quickly from a fast food restaurant. You won’t be able to eat everything
your friends do, unless you make them try the keto diet too, and that would be great. You will have
to spend some time preparing meals and snacks and planning meals and shopping lists in advance.
Also, as we talked about earlier, it would be great if you could participate in some kind of exercise,
which also requires time and, for most of us, it requires a change. So, before doing anything else, be
100% certain you are ready to change and welcome it into your life with an open heart. If change is
not welcomed, it won’t come and it will definitely not stay. So, find motivation, stay positive, never
lose sight of your goal and remember to accept the change. Everything else will follow.

Thank you so much for being so patient and for spending your time with me in this whole module. I
hope that you have applied some of my suggestions when it comes to motivation and persistence. I
think that some of our suggestions will help you accept the change easier when it comes to dietary
habits and the ketogenic lifestyle. Our next module is mostly based the tools, basic rules and
execution advices when it comes to food that you can use in keto dieting. We will talk a bit more
about how to prepare your own meal plan and how to make your own recipes by simply changing
some of the ingredients from your favorite recipes that are not keto.
We are now done with the whole pre-work, the foundation, your motivation and mindset and can
now start with the execution. You can now start with ketogenic dieting.

Once we have gone through our next module you will be capable of shopping, cooking and living
keto.
