Scope of the study

The researchers focus in the online ordering management with e-payment, warehouse
management, administration management, product management and ordered product
management.
The customer can order in the online ordering management. They can browse the
different products that the company sells. The featured product and the best seller product will
also be displayed. For the new customer, before they can order, they should register first and
then they will receive an email verification and then they can now log in to the system. For the
regular customer, they can already log in to the system. Online ordering management has a cart
for the customer where they can view the products that they want to buy. The customer’s
payment will be process through PayPal. For the bulk order, the customer will choose their
desired product and make an order. The order should be approve by the CEO of the company
and the manager after proceeding to the check out. The customer will pay half of the total cost
of their order before the Hagonoy Sports International Incorporation starts to make their order.
The remaining balance of the customer’s order will be paid after finishing the products and
before the company deliver the ordered products.
The product information, ordered information, stocks report, sales report, featured
product and best seller is part of the merchandising management. Product information can be
view, add, update and delete. Stocks and sales report will be produce by the system every
month. The order status of the customer can update by the merchandiser. The system will send
a SMS to the customer to notify them for the status of their orders.
Warehouse management has a raw materials information, supplier information and
forecasting information. Those information can be view, add, update and delete. The sewer can
request for the raw materials and the warehouse management will release the needed raw
materials to produce the ordered product. After the production, if there is an excess raw
materials, the sewer can return it to the warehouse management for the returning of the raw
materials. The system will notify the warehouse supervisor if the raw materials are out of stock.

Purpose and Description

Hagonoy Sports International Incorporation. With the develop system it will help the company
to improve the processes in the company which is online ordering and warehouse management
system. And it will gain clients and profit for the company.
Owner. When the system implemented it is easier to approve the product even the owner is
out of the country. And it is much easier to see all the reports because the developed system is
online.
Manager. The develop system will help the manager in approving the order products even
though it is bulk or individual. The manager can easily access the other management.
Warehouse supervisor. With the develop system it is much easier to find the raw materials
needed for ordered product and it is organize. It will notify the warehouse supervisor if the
materials is out of stock. To less the time consuming in returning and releasing of raw materials.
Visual artist. By implementing the system the visual can now upload the new products. And the
item that sold can now upload through the system.
Domestic sales. Upon the implementing the developed system it will help the domestic sales to
easily get the order product so that the transaction is less time consuming and they can easily
get the ordered product in needed time and it will maintain the data needed for ordered
product.

There are four functions that has by the product information management. In product
management it has add and update products. The developed system has featured product were
you can add the image and will show the new product that the company made. And it will show
the best seller product.

Ordering management
The ordering management has a registration for the new customer to create an account
and it has an email verification to confirm the account. It also has a log in to make an individual
or bulk order. The home page of the system displays the featured and the best seller products.
In the products, it will show all the products of Hagonoy Sports International Incorporation. It
has search engine, category to view all products, apparels, school bag packs or skate bag packs,
and the sort by to the latest, price: low to high, price: high to low, A-Z or Z-A. There are two
types of order, the individual and the bulk order. In add to cart it shows the item, price and
quantity of the product. In the quantity, the customer can update or delete the item in the cart.
For the bulk order, it also shows the item, price and quantity, but here in bulk order, it has a
minimum of 500 items. After ordering, the shipping address are required. And the payment will
be processed through PayPal.
