Near’s EIR program lays the groundwork for an

exciting and rewarding career pathway. With this
program, graduating students get the opportunity
to dive into strategic level projects across
departments of interest and find out what they are
passionate about.
Education is always a continuing journey but as an
Entrepreneur in Residence with Near, the real
world is your lab and the possibilities are limitless.

“Working directly under a CXO for the
first 6 months, I had the opportunity to
drive leapfrog projects for Near. The
first phase was more about strategic
level knowledge development and the
second phase was about leadership
development through immersive
experience.“
What I learned: Entrepreneurial

team exposure and enjoyed the ideation and
prototyping process. I was also given the
opportunity to take the prototype to market

work with the US team on business
development and sales development for our
marketing solutions.”
