Rationale The project is the result of the action research ‘Carsadang
Bago Elementary School Data Management System Basis for
Improvement.
Part of the School Based Management is to store analyze
interpret data and be able to give recommendations and
solutions to a specific problem
Standard Operating Procedures in Data Management is one
of the problems that the school is facing of.
In line with this the researchers come up with an idea of
planning, designing, organizing, implementation of data
management process flow and a data bank management
system
Safekeeping as one of the developmental programs to
ensure the accuracy and efficiency of the services.

Project/ Program Description A user friendly data bank system that will be utilize by the
teaching and non teaching staff for the purpose of
safekeeping and retrieval of data for its useful purpose.
Objectives To have a user friendly data bank system
To have a well planned data bank system
To safekeep the data gathered in the school system
Project Content and The project will start after the completion of the Research
Methodologies study. This project is the result of the action research
“Carsadang Bago Elementary School Data Management
System Basis for Improvement”

The project launching will start on November 13, 2021. At


around 10:00 am, the team will conduct a demo tutorial
on how to utilize the ALL in ONE Data Bank Management
System.
The ICT Coordinator Lilibeth M. Marteriz will showcase
the easy step on how to use the ALL in ONE Data Bank
Management System.
This will serve as a safekeeping tool to store and retrieve
the data of the school.
Monitoring of the project for its effectiveness will be
conducted.

Data Management system is a vital part in the school
organization amidst pandemic. A well designed and
organized data management system will serve as an easy
tool for the easy, access, safekeeping, retrieval and
distribution of documents
