Career Summary

Job functions include:
‒ Marketing materials: Compile and maintain marketing materials;
‒ Experience Lists: Gather and centralize experience lists for use in pitches, proposals,
submissions and other materials;
‒ Pitches/RFPs: Assist with preparing pitches and RFPs. Process edits and gather relevant
materials, oversee final production of electronic and hardcopy deliverables to meet
deadlines. Maintain pitch/RFP files, log in pitch tracking system and obtain outcome
updates;
‒ Event Support/Coordination: Provide support for events including meetings, seminars,
receptions, dinner, etc.; coordinate development of invitations with marketing designs;
reserve meeting space and order catering; reserve A/V or other needed
technology/equipment; provide or develop event-specific materials as needed; order

‒ Mailing Lists: Manage mailing lists in InterAction, as necessary; work with lawyers and
assistants to ensure information is current for client contacts;
‒ Directory and Award Submissions: Coordinate and help compile submissions related to
legal directories and awards;
‒ Lawyer Biographies: Assist with facilitating updates to lawyer bios; and
‒ Tracking/Reporting: Assist in the monitoring of BD-related activities and generate and
distribute reports on progress and Return on Investments (ROI).

General duties include assisting lawyers with their travel arrangements, visa application,
calendar management, time entries, expense claims and coordinate internal and external
