Proposal for the events to be undertaken in ongoing semester

This instrument proposes all the ideas and initiatives we expect to perform till the end of February 2022, it
deals with preparing the students for the voluntary- based works which will be commenced in the next
semester of March – June 2022 and forming of Prospectus video which would introduce and promote
sahay in nearby villages.

3. Vacation work (February 2022)

Purpose: This is essentially required for building fastened proper and effective
communication with these various authoritative people which would help us make our
sahaay clinic functional.

b. Contacting Gram panchayats, village Sarpanch, Government School Managements,
Mahila mandals, Rotary club shaniwarwada. In order to target the appropriate
audiences such as villagers, senior citizens, people coming under section 12 of LSA
Act, 1987, children, social workers, school teachers, house wives, laborers etc. so that
it would be easy to conduct and commence with different literacy programs, lectures,
discussions, legal aid camps to support them and spread awareness.
