working in IT industry in Bangalore(India) and I was planning to switch

 my job. In the meantime, I got the offer from middle east (OMAN) and It
was one of the toughest decision I had to take leaving my family behind.
The life was cool and saving was more in middle east because there is
no tax on your earning, its tax free income for the resident. I enjoyed my
life when my family joined me, my kid started his school and we stayed
together for few years over there and children started growing and
reached to 7th standard and there was not a good school & education
compare to India, later I realized that it was not a good decision and we
need to move out and go to India for the sake of our kid’s better
education
and career in his life.

Everyone has to take a tough decision in his life sometime or other. This is the time when a
person Pass through uncertainty and there are no possibility of knowing what could be the
outcome of a decision you are supposed to take now. A situation of uncertainty arises when
there can be only one possible consequence Right or Wrong.

Where do you want to see in next 5 years? KDW0719161

I would like in 5 years to be seen as someone who is having deep expertise and skills which might
help me architecting best solution. I want to acquire more knowledge & learning to keep myself up
to date. I have been lucky enough to work with such an amazing manager and so developing into a
great manager myself. I want to take on more responsibility and potentially take a lead of the
project and simultaneously take my learning to next level & move on.

I am very much passionate about learning new things throughout my life, after 5 years
also I want to keep it up this passion with more energy.  I see myself as more
knowledgeable, more skilled, more hardworking and at a position in company where
the organisation will not want to lose at any cost.

What is your greatest weakness?

I sometimes push my people too hard for their assignment. I want to work with a sense of urgency
but everyone is not always on the same wavelength. So, I believe this is one of my weaknesses.

OR

I have a strong desire to succeed which generally serves me well. But I have realized that it can also
be a blind spot if I am not being honest with myself about what is possible. So, I believe this is one of
my weaknesses.

What is your greatest Strength?

 My capability is my strength. What I bring to the team is the support & help which make the team
get at ease and be productive. Over several years I have realized my potential and strength which I
can use to the fullest and look for the problem to solve.

Why you want to change your Job?

I am looking for a challenging job as I am stuck in the same job role and there is no opportunity to
advance my career in the current role. My learning has almost been halted and I cannot foresee any
growth in future in my career whether its professional or economical. My ability & capability are not
being used to the fullest. So, I re-evaluated my career goals and finally decided that it was the right
time for a change.
