INSTRUCTIONS:

 By groups of 4s, do process maps levels 0, 1, and 2.

 Objective of the exercise is to visually present reasonably complex process using basic BPMN.

 All basic shapes must be used.

 Number properly to facilitate navigation.

Present Level 0 Process Map

1. Level 0. Select a reasonably complex process that has tasks done by 3 to 4 different performer
roles (not individuals).

The diagram displayed above is about the process of how the customer makes his or her order.

In this level 0, the start event will be the customer entering the store and the end event would

be the customer receiving his/her order.

Present Level 1 Process Map

The diagram also consists of different roles such as the customer, manager, safe terminal,
and kitchen. The customer column shows the process of how the customer makes his or her
order. Next is the manager where in it shows the process of taking and processing the order of
the customer after payment. Payment is then stored to the safe terminal. After payment, the
next role is the kitchen where in the ordered food will be processed and given to the customer
once completed then the customer will submit feedback to the manager about the restaurant
and its service.

Present Level 2 Process Map

The diagram above has an additional role which is delivery. In the delivery column, the
process of delivering fresh products to the cafe is shown. This will check whether the
ingredients used to prepare the order is either fresh or not. If it's not then the employees
should contact their manufacturer for them to have new ingredients to use.
