SWOT

To run a successful business, you should analyze your process regularly to make sure you are
operating as efficiently as possible. Although there are numerous ways to evaluate your business, one of
the most effective is to conduct a SWOT Analysis.

This SWOT Analysis is a compilation of Churosity’s strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and


threats.

Mayroon tayong dalawang factor that can affect our business. The first one is what we call
Internal Factors ditto nakapaloob yung strengths and weaknesses ng business which are the resources
and experience readily available in our business like financial, physical, and human resources.

Just like the strength and weaknesses n nakikita nyo sa screen. The strength of Churrosity is
that we can provide a high quality product with a unique churros dip with variety of flavors that
consumer can get in an affordable price. Those are things that our organization does particularly well, or
in a way that it distinguishes us from our competitors.

In our weakness naman, we have different competitors that can be difficult for our businesses to
deal with. Some competition, for example, can be territorial within the same location or area, in which
one organization tries to force other businesses out of business down by trying to set its prices price low
or making offers that other businesses cannot compete with. With the uncertainty about consumer
taste preference it can affect by the quality control. Kahit gano kayos yung quality control in an
organization we cannot easily spot a need of a consumer that has not been satisfied because of their
different taste preference.

Yung pangalawang factor naman are the External Factors eto na nga yung opportunities and
threats. It is typically the things that our company cannot control such as market trends, economic
trends, and relationships with suppliers.

As we all know malaki ang impluwensya ng social media in every aspect sa buhay natin. So we
have the opportunity to intr5oduce and advertise our product through social media to encourage target
customer to try our product.

Pandemic creates social and economic factor isa na sa malaking naapektuhan yung SME’s.
Nowadays the threat in business talaga ay yung cost ng production and the health of employees that can
result to liability losses.

OBJECTIVE
Our main objective is to ensure that our product quality is maintained and improve for
custo9mer satisfaction and their safety. We are always focused with how satisfied our customers are
with our products, services, and capabilities. Our priority is their safety in consuming our product. Our
customers have the right to assume that the food products they buy and eat are safe and of high quality.
