1. The company, the manager, and the employees are all fully
responsible. Managers fail to meet their employees' needs and
concerns and fail to report the situation to top management.
Workers are also to blame for not performing their duties properly.
While the company fails to provide adequate income and compensation
to its employees, the company's policies should be revised. The
Vice President should bring the situation to the attention of
management, particularly the governing department. He should call a
meeting, prepare a salary increase and pay agenda, and draft a
board resolution on the subject. He should call another meeting
with the aggrieved party to talk about compensation, with
management presenting the agreed-upon board resolutions/policies.
Employees must always complete their tasks correctly and
communicate any issues to upper management. Good workplace
communication ensures that all employees have the information in
order to complete well, creates a positive work environment, and
eliminates inefficiencies. Communicating should convey a message
accurately while preserving or improving human relationships.
