We are Charisma Pastor, Clouise Junice Renolla, Richelle Mae Reyes, Jorgee Sahali and Nur-
hathi Sanaani. We are taking BS Nursing in Ateneo de Zamboanga University. We currently are
collecting data to determine the Correlation between Sociocultural Factors of AdZU Grade 12 STEM
SHS Students and Preference of Non-Pharmacological Management for Acute Pain.

In this course of study, we would like to request for the statistical data of the grade 12 Senior
High School students of Ateneo de Zamboanga University for S.Y. 2020-2021. We intend to use the data
collected to assist us in creating a stratified random categories on choosing our respondents with regards
to their ethnic and cultural background. The data that will be collected will be shared with the College of
Nursing in accordance with the data privacy law and the organization’s protocol.
