St. Joseph Cathedral serves people, not only the word of God, but also its visual sense of
timeless beauty.

The Bell Tower


The Bell Tower acts as a marker to every tourist who wants to
go to St. Joseph Cathedral. It stood tall on the ground as if it is
seeking everyone's attention to hear his bells banged out loud
whenever there is a church gatherings like mass or
processions.

Priests' Residence
It was on July 1, 1983, when Archbishop Bruno Torpiglianni,
DD converted St. Joseph Parish Church into a cathedral.
Several structures were built afterwards and priests' residence
is one of them. Today, the building is still alive. The priests
denied it contemporary construction as they want to remain
the touch of 1983 architecture style.

Our Lady of Fatima Chapel


Our Lady of Fatima is the second patroness of the Church. Every May 13 of the year, the town
celebrates it feast day with colorful parades in the morning and solemn procession of candles
and different images of Mother Mary of Fatima for veneration. The town also gave house to the
patroness as what we called them Our Lady of Fatima Chapel today. The structure is visually
pleasing to the eye as it gives new flavor to the sense of sight of every people visiting there
because of its triangular shape.

Cathedral
The ceilings of St. Joseph Cathedral were inspired by an art movement of the 20th century, which
is Art Nouveau. The light colors of the interior have an effect that emotionally attracts those who
come by, it is comforting and embracing. The church also holds events like baptism, wedding,
confirmation, and death ceremonies.

St. Joseph College Seminary


Aside from its usual purpose of spreading the word of
the Lord, the cathedral is also open for those young
generations who want to be formed in a seminary. It is
for everybody, as the bible says, “…seek first the
kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all things
will be added unto you.”
